The key handover took place in the restaurant of the friendly owner. He came in the evening for further explanation.It was for us a fine furnished house in a rural omgeving.Ook silence, no problems with car traffic in a village with nice épicerie oa bread at walking distance.The canoe trip of the Cèze (to 12 km) and from the Gorges du Chassezac (up to 10 km) are idyllic.

After a 10h drive of which the last 2h through a beautiful mountain area we arrived at the bar of the house owner at 16h, the owner made no problem that we were a bit earlier and drove us with great pleasure to the holiday home where he carefully led through the house to hand over the key and our holiday could begin. What may not be so clear in the photos is that the villa really has a large well-kept garden where children can play and romp to their heart's content. with its maximum depth of 1m80 perfect for a dive, while you (at least I) can still stand there to always have a foot on the ground with smaller children around if they need some help now and then have in the water. The villa itself was beautiful, tidy and clean, everything was there for us (even a fairly large refrigerator and freezer). If I had to say a downside, it would be that right on the terrace at the back it is full of flowers and plants that attract bees and wasps, which can cause some problems. There might also be some more shade, we moved the table and chairs away from the terrace around 4 pm because with us it was 34 ° and to sit straight in the sun was impossible for us. These were the only small points for improvement for us, which do not outweigh the many positive points of our stay. The owner discreetly comes to the pool twice a week in the morning and asks if everything is okay, a really friendly man. In St-Victor de Malcap there is not much to see, the grocery store did have croissants and sandwiches but we did not like them, we drove daily to St-Ambroix for fresh products where there are many large supermarkets. In short, really one of the best villas where we have ever stayed, especially with children a no-brainer for the fenced pool, I would recommend them to everyone !!!!!!

House is fully equipped, quiet location. Swimming pool is lovely and user-friendly with children, through the fence. The only downside (but certainly no reason not to go back) is the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Friendly welcome from the owner. Super beautiful house with a very nice pool. Everything is sufficiently available in the house. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The other rooms had thin mattresses, but we didn't use them. At night it can be a bit restless due to barking dogs in the area. Fortunately, not every night. It's great that there are screens. The garden furniture could be improved. Three weeks on a plastic chair is not really comfortable. The sun loungers by the pool were also not very nice. Three out of six were broken, one was hard plastic, and actually, there was only one nice sun lounger. I asked if it was possible to get another one, but that wasn't possible. That was really a shame. There is little shade by the pool, but the owner has placed eight umbrellas, which look very nice but are not a solution in windy conditions. Also, on the terrace, some protection from the sun between 5 PM and 8 PM would be nice so that you can eat there. We moved the table to a shaded area when we wanted to eat outside. Our dogs enjoyed the spacious garden and the river is a fifteen-minute walk away.

We have from the nice house Arles (100 km), Nimes, Avignon, visited the Ardesch and Aigues-Mortes. It was doing, but for Arles and Avignon you about one and a half hours on the road and sometimes hilly terrain. We were two weeks in this house, the distances were therefore no problem for us. The house itself is very neat and the unheated pool was lovely to cool off. The only disturbing element was that we especially "every morning and" night dog barking heard from a dog shelter or similar, located in the forest outside the village (not directly next to the cottage) .In Saint Victor de Malcap is nothing to do. It says a restaurant and a patisserie, but we have not been there. We cooked every self, because there is in the vicinity is not much opportunity to enjoy a good meal. In the nearby town of Saint Ambroix we achieved our messages. Here are three good and large supermarkets Intermarche, H market (Carrefour) and a large Lidl with "morning delicious hot sandwiches (we found it quite tasty). Saint Ambroix on Tuesday a market. Very quiet and not overrun touristically. The village of Saint-Victor -from -malcap is very friendly to visit (narrow streets and old houses) and saint ambroix located 3 kms. The River ceze also offers very nice visits with gravel banks in its meanders.

We rented this house for the fourth time. The house is beautiful and the setting is beautiful. The kids and we enjoyed the pool. We have been coming back to the same three-year stay because of the excellent location, the possibility of different excursions in the neighborhood (Pont du Gard, etc.) and also the sporting opportunities (canoe). The house is very comfortable and well equipped for six people. Beautiful garden and wonderful views. Very friendly owner who remains discreetly in the background. Recommended!

We stayed a week spot with two adults and four teenagers looking for peace. Shame about the weather so good, everything else in order. We share the consideration of previous visitors that the location is perfect for 6 people, but less for 8 adults. So are there for 5Personen places in the seating area. but there are plenty of chairs and kitchen equipment. A shower screen on the bath, we would have appreciated, now there is only a shower attached to one bedroom, some privacy issues creates something.

It was the first time we booked a villa and it was also the first time we worked with you. It was a great experience! The follow-up by Belvilla was top, the house was immaculate maintained with a super friendly owner. We could not take better! It was very hot (hotter than usual according to the owner) but you know that if you go to the South. If there is still a point of criticism should be given (though we find this is negligible) there is no air conditioning or fan site (tip for those with small children it can be very hot in the rooms) and it is pretty noisy (the walls are quite thin) ... But for us, this is definitely a 9.5 / 10 worth!

With the whole family (3 kids) stayed a week in Malcap. Beautiful house and garden, nice pool, excellent screened with fence for the little ones in a very quiet area. R nPrima location vwb daily shopping small supermarket in the village for bread and pastries and a 5 min drive in St-Ambroix Intermarket, Carrefour and other. r nAbsoluut a must!
