A very nice and very well furnished house. The open kitchen with the long table was just ideal for our group. Those who wanted to retire, found in the cozy sitting area with fireplace and TV a pleasant place. It was nice that the manager on the first day came over once and asked if everything was okay. A great environment for hiking.

A very nice house. Perfectly adjusted to the needs of larger groups. The two separate bedrooms in the description are even connected to a shared bathroom. The kitchen equipment is great, we only manage a separate drinks fridge. We were there in a heat period, up to 38 ° C. In the downstairs bedrooms it was pleasantly cool. The house is located in a small district of the Verbandsgemeinde Weimes, without large Infastruktur (cafe, shops etc), so that you depend on the car. As a hiking group we were anyway by car to designated round trips on the road, so it was irrelevant for us. We have spent a very nice week, and thank you on this way again with the hosts.

Although we had no direct contact with the owner, we felt how important it was that his guests had a wonderful stay. An already heated living room, a large basket of fruit, everything neat! Nice location, quiet and yet not too far from the shop. Ideal base for walks. The house is equipped for children, but rather slightly older children. It is a little less suitable for toddlers and preschoolers. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very good and well cared for. The fruit basket upon receipt was a nice gift. Beautiful house with spacious clean rooms. Great stay for 15 people. Kitchen well equipped to cook comfortably for 15. Nice terrace, both upstairs and downstairs, for outdoor dining. Everything available (tables and chairs) Many opportunities for walking, cycling and mountain biking in the area. The high moors remain a beautiful area to go on holiday. Excellent wifi. The only comment that several of the guests had was the limited flow of the various showers. Actually, only the shower near the sauna was experienced as sufficiently strong.

Had a good stay. No personal contact with the owner due to leave, but quickly communicated via message. A lady friend came by to check if everything was OK. Spacious and clean house. The downstairs bedrooms were very fresh, which was ideal during the heatwave. Kitchen was well equipped, a pity that the fridges had not already been put into operation in this hot weather. It took a long time before our drinks were at a fresh temperature. the lounge seats to sit comfortably in the garden. You can enjoy pleasant evenings at the large table under a parasol in the garden. We also received a fruit basket, a fresh treat and 100% appreciated! If you stay there you are close to Peek Bear and Signal de Botrange. At 20 minutes from Malmédy where there are several supermarkets (Colruyt, Carrefour, Aldi / Renmans). A very nice Philippe Hennes Bakery and there are a little further. We would definitely like to come back!

The house itself is well equipped for a large group. The bedrooms downstairs make it sleep well even in warm weather. The outdoor space is good. The internet is limited.

This holiday home in Waimes has 7 bedrooms where 15 people can stay comfortably and enjoy a vacation near the forest with an infrared sauna and central heating.
Enjoy relaxing walks and cross country skiing while admiring nature. Signal de Botrange is at 3 km and Robertville lake is at 4.5 km. You can also visit the castle of Reinhardstein at 5 km and the lake of Bütgenbach at 12 km. Other places to visit during the stay include the towns of Malmedy, Francorchamps, Stavelot, and Spa. Ski lovers can have fun at the ski resort of Ovifat. There are restaurants at 2 km and supermarket at 1 km for daily needs.
