We arrived and the lady was already waiting for us, we were allowed to park our car next to the house.
When we entered you immediately got a warm feeling and we got a full explanation about the house and 3 welcome drinks.
There was also bed linen, towels, tea towel, kitchen towel available, everything was clean and fresh, everything has been thought of.
Beautiful house, lots of nature, a great place to relax. This house deserves the 2024 awards.
We had 2 fantastic weeks and everything is nearby and accessible by car.

The house in Quarreux, municipality of Aywaille, is a great house for 2 people. A beautiful spacious house, with lots of light and fully equipped. There is a beautiful terrace with table, chairs and even sun loungers and a BBQ. The garden around is also beautiful and spacious. Despite the fact that it is close to the Ambleve, the railway and the main road, you will not be bothered by this at all. The owners of the house live next door and are very sweet, caring people. In terms of location, it is perfect for all kinds of activities. Within walking distance of Ninglinspo, the mountain river where you can take beautiful walks, within cycling distance of the village of Aywaille for shops, restaurants and terraces, and also other nice places in the area. This house is highly recommended!

We had a great Easter weekend. Hospitably received by the hostess, a delicious Leffe was ready with a piece of delicious cheese. The house is very clean and fully equipped. There is a lot to do in the area, Spa F1 circuit and the beautiful town of Durbuy are within 30 minutes by car. You can enjoy a lovely walk in the area, following a tip from the hostess. All in all highly recommended.

We enjoyed the lovely two-person cottage in Aywaille very much. The owner welcomed us warmly and the house looked neat and cozy. We received a welcome gift, walking and cycling routes. The house offers plenty of privacy and there was plenty to do in the area. We stayed 2 weeks. There is no washing machine, but the bed linen and towels provided were neatly washed for us after a week. This house is an absolute must for a great time in the Ardennes!

We were warmly welcomed by the owner. The house is spotless and looks neat and cozy. A bottle of cave, orange juice and a large bottle of Leffe in the fridge. Very nice. A wonderfully quiet place in nature with lots of privacy.

We regularly book a midweek in le 51. It is a nice and beautifully situated holiday home for two. Everything is there and the hostess is friendly and helpful. You can start various walks from the house and by car you will also find well-marked walks in the neighboring places. Against the cottage you have a terrace with table and chairs and sun loungers. Weather permitting, you can enjoy the tranquility and greenery here with the sound of the Amblève in the distance. Great location.

Nice 2-person house, with all the trimmings. Good beds, nice and warm by the stove. Everything clean and well cared for. Beautiful location. Beautiful walks that one can do. We had very wet and chilly weather at the beginning of December, so a lot of mud in the woods, but we will definitely go back in another season! The Carrefour supermarket in Remouchamps is not far and sells everything every week! The owners who live next door are very nice and helpful. In a word, a TOP house!

The reception by the owner was special. We were received very warmly. A welcome beer, wine and juice was already in the fridge. The house was top notch and fully equipped. The environmentally-friendly pellet stove ensures a pleasant climate. We walked 3 days in the beautiful surroundings of Aywaille, such as along the Ninglinspo and Amblève.
