We enjoyed our time at the Cozy Cottage, though it was a bit smaller than we anticipated, The living room was comfortable, and the kitchen had all necessary amenities, The area is peaceful, and we loved the proximity to the Château de Montréal for a lovely day trip, A solid choice for a weekend away

We were, after a moment of searching, received everything warmly by the homeowner. With lots of information about the area, good tips for trips and even after the owner had heard that we wanted to cycle with a beautiful bike route guide. During our stay we were regularly surprised by the homeowner, on delicious fruits, grapes, prunes and even once a deliciously made plum compote. The cottage was perfect for us not a luxury, but everything you need. And especially rest, and sounds outside that you want to hear in the open air, crickets and the owl (we had not heard this for a long time). In short, we would like to go back again. Fam. Verhulst

If you are looking for rest, we can certainly recommend the cottage. It's quiet, and you only see rabbits, squirrels, and many kinds of birds. The owner's dog (a dalmatier) will greet you and can guide you through the forest. Shopping and restaurant are within 3 km. With any organization this is not insurmountable.We had a maximum of 2 people. The reception was warm and during the stay you can appeal to the owner. From him, you can also get an explanation of wine producers. A fly frame (front window) would allow you to sleep with an open window. Also, more wine glasses would not be an unnecessary luxury. The toilet grower regularly makes a disturbing noise, even during the night. For those who can live without the luxury, it is a must. You have what you need. The price quality is ok.

The cottage was hard to find, it is in the middle of nowhere, but in a wooded area.We were warmly received by the owner, a very nice man, who speaks fluent English. The pictures in the Belvilla brochure are taken advantageously.The cottage, according to us, accommodates no more than 2 persons.It has all the amenities, but is not always spic and span.It is between Périqueux and Bergerac and is excellent for tours in the Dordogne.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Cozy Cottage in Bourgnac, It was super peaceful, and the bubble bath was just what I needed after a long day of hiking, The kitchen had everything for cooking our meals, which was a big plus, Definitely a hidden gem!

It was hard to find, luckily I speak the French language. The cottage was simple and unfortunately not so well cleaned. That was a disappointment. the owner was very friendly. He came to bring wine and he also explained all the sights to us. We found this very positive! The environment was pure nature nature could take its course, enough space! We were also welcomed by 2 donkeys and 2 dogs. Very nice! I cleaned the house myself and washed all the kitchen utensils and then it was completely to our liking! Great for 2 people. The silence that we enjoyed during our stay was wonderful! What a blissful night's sleep every night!

The welcome on arrival was perfect! Guests present to explain and give information on the visits to be made in the surroundings. We came with our dog, the hosts were adorable. The accommodation and the environment: The setting is beautiful and quiet and the location is perfect for resting and rejuvenating. However the cleanliness of the house leaves something to be desired.
