It was the second time we were here. The house is in a fantastic location. A large reason with great plants and trees and a great view. The interiors are large and comfortably furnished. Good mattresses. The pizza oven and grill is an experience. Nice seating in the garden. Great surroundings and excursion possibilities, e.g. the Furlo Gorge right on your doorstep. Always my pleasure

What a wonderful getaway! We loved the peaceful atmosphere and the opportunity to rent bikes to explore the area, The cottage was clean and had a charming rustic feel, with a fireplace that added to the cozy ambiance in the evenings, Would definitely return!

Accommodation was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures! The surroundings were beautiful and plenty of facilities available and nearby. The only thing on the site was that there would be a pony, but it wasn't there more

Excellent reception by the English-speaking grandson of the owner. The accommodation was clean; nice big towels and good beds. The house was spacious enough for the four of us. The kitchen equipment may be a bit more generous if you want to cook frequently, but the basics are there. The view from the porch is beautiful. The photos speak for themselves. The pool is not huge, but big enough to cool off. A downside we found the sound of the highway that is still audible outside your accommodation. Via a pedestrian bridge you walk in 10 minutes to the local super for your groceries. The area is very worthwhile: beautiful towns, nature and a not expensive region.

Beautiful environment just to walk to the village you do have one steep slope up and down so less suitable for people who are hard to leg, no children's play area but house is beautiful and one very friendly owner Ivo who cooks for you and wine serving, and not forget the two very sweet dogs Luna and Stella ðŸ˜

accommodation is a bit higher, which means that despite some high vegetation, there is a reasonable view of the surroundings and of Acqualagna. The kitchen equipment is minimal, it sometimes helps. Grandson Thomas speaks English well and is extremely helpful.

The cottage is situated in a picturesque and peaceful area with small villages to be in a few hours. The pool is well maintained and there are plenty of loungers. The house offered sufficient comfort (including mosquito nets, ...) The friendly owner Ivo and his two dogs made our stay very pleasant.

Beautiful holiday together with two others located on a beautiful estate with pool. Ideally located to make excursions in the village (walking distance) you will find everything you need. There was some more crockery and kitchen utensils are provided, but that is our only downside.

Warmly welcomed by Ivo with his two dogs in the "cantina" with wine and bruschetta. All in Italian, because as I said, Ivo only speaks this language. Belvedere is a nice, clean (top) apartment with nice big porch terrace and fully equipped. A well kept garden and swimming pool (shared with 2 other houses). Clean towels (extra) halfway through the week. We have really had the sense this week. Aqualagna has nice restaurants and a nice supermarket. Beautiful towns in the area to visit including Urbino, Urbania, Fano, Pesaro, etc. What is important to know every house should bring a pet. We had no problems with the two dogs Ivo, but the two other houses also each had a large dog with him. We found some to be a lot.

We have two weeks very enjoyed the quiet and the view from the cottage Belvedere. The stories about the (80-year) welcoming owner IVO and sweet dogs Stella Luna and beat all. We also received the CANTINA with wine and bruschetta with truffle cream and got a lump of black truffle to process. Himself later in the food Later in the week, he prepared an excellent Spaghetti Carbonara. Nearby is to discover, such as the Adriatic coast (Fano, Il Conero etc.), San Leo and San Marino, Urbino (nice college town), Ascoli Piceno and Monti Sibbelini (protected area with peaks up to 2,500 meters). Sufficient We were there in mid-September and had temperatures averaging 25 degrees. However, you notice that you are sitting on a hill top which is almost always a (warm) wind.

Very nice location, but through the nearby streets (Via flaminia) relatively loud. Grounds very nice, good privacy guarantees, all very well maintained. Very suitable to rent with 2 or more families, the entire plant. Typical Italian kitchen equipped 1 wine glass, 1 beer glass, bent cutlery, a few pots, .. We came as amateur cooks but still good deal. The homeowner, Ivo, very, very nice! Come daily by to check on things. 2 love dogs on the property, very friendly, no problem with children. We found it all in all very nice. Can be recommended.

We have enjoyed delicious. The kids (2 of 5 years) have been delightfully entertained in the pool and the garden is very nice to take a walk outside. The porch is wonderful for breakfast, that what we did every dag.De owner is very welcoming and does his best to make things duideljk even though he speaks no word on the border. We have very vermaakt.Er walk with him two small friendly dogs around. Who seek you very occasionally, but certainly not always friendly stickers and even to small children. Except for storm then they try to enter schuilen.Het cottage itself was top. Good size, nice décor and ample fire clean towels and sheets (for the second straight week in the closet). Washing machine at your disposal and we have joyfully using gemaakt.Wij have booked again for next year.

With much love and commitment scale property, with lush amenities and beautiful views over the hills of the region. The owner is a very nice and sincere man who every morning to the garden, pool, etc. kümmert.Ständige noise by running in the valley highway. Neither the landlord nor his son (with whom you can do evt.zwecks key handover has) speak a word of English or even German. While there is satellite TV, but hardly German language programs.

The house has a wonderful location and the garden is very well maintained. A special addition for us was the acquaintance with the landlord. He is a very lovable and friendly person and always endeavor to satisfy its guests. The only pity is that he speaks neither English nor German. We will certainly again to spend our vacation at "Belvedere" and strengthen our Italian skills until then.

This is a real holiday, la dolce vita. We have here two weeks ope ne summit to enjoy. The house is beautiful with great attention to detail and the garden, pool and location are unmatched. And then there's the owner Ivo ...... and a more than fantastic host, you've got a real friend. We will evenings cooking together with him again vergeten.De location of the house has a lot of possibilities for excursions in all directions. The people are very friendly and Acqualagna especially open. We speak italian reasonable and that is greatly appreciated, we gained many spontaneous conversations may voeren.Het life for Dutch also relatively inexpensive. Our daughter 9 has a really good time with the neighbor kids, the kids have all the space and especially the pool is fantastic. Ivo makes the pool then every day schoon.Naast Ivo you get free 2 more friends in, namely Stella Luna and the two dogs, real darlings, we miss them now erg.Verder there are many positive things to name but we do not because everyone wants this house boeken.Fam L.
