The apartment is located right next to a road. On this road, hardly any traffic, so noise or odors is not. The house has a living room with a small kitchen. Advanced cooking is almost impossible, 2 cooking plates. Furthermore, the house has two bedrooms and a bathroom with luxury shower. There is a private sun terrace (you) with sun loungers. Beside the house is a patio with beautiful plants. Here you can look wonderful shade in hot weather (sunlight). The shared pool - it consists of several houses - located in a beautiful garden. Here are plenty of sun loungers for guests. Daily by the owners cleaned the pool and garden maintenance. The town of Rute is 2.5 km and is not much. For shopping is at least a supermarket. There are a number of simple restaurants (pizzeria and tapas) where the locals come. Near Rute is beautiful and lends itself to a tour of some beautiful places, Iznajar and Priego de Córdoba.
