As if you stepped into a painting, beautiful view of the terrace. Very friendly host, nice pool, great food nearby and enough to undertake.

We are doing a 3 weeks tour, so we have stayed in different kinds of accommodation and this is our favorite, the little house is fresh, our terrace has an amaizing view.

The swing pool is nice, but too deep, not very child friendly.

Internet is very fastâ€¦ our new favorite place for â€œhomeâ€ working

I would add a little machine for watter ( still and sparkling) that would help to stop guests to buy water in bottles. With that.. it would be just perfect!

Lovely authentic Italian cottage on the hill of the estate. Means nice breath after a warm day and beautiful views. Steep few last meters to the door. Part of the estate is the family home with during our week also large Italian family. That gave a bit more excitement and also Italian cosiness in the background. Pool not big but fine because there are not many guests (at the same time). The "estate" is located on top of the mountain so you have to drive a little bit every time to do something or for groceries.

Excellent reception and very nice environment. Cottage is fine and large enough for 6 people. Terrace is absolutely amazing especially with the view. Swimming pool very good, only a lot of flies at swimming pool which made the fun very busy

Beautiful surroundings. Warm arrival. Accommodation actually a bit too small for 6 people. 6 beds, but bathroom and kitchen too small. Have to eat indoors in less weather and the table is too small. WIFI does not work there! Really upper house on the mountain, beautiful view. 2 types of sockets. Almost none for Belgian plugs. Nice terrace and nice seats / seats outside.

Good welcome. Likes a domain with a fair number of other homes. Although you share the domain with 40 other holidaymakers, you still enjoy privacy. It can be crowded at the pool. The property can use some TLC. If a technical problem occurs, it is addressed by the owner as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately our arrival was not known at the accommodation. The house was therefore not cleaned. Fortunately we were well and kindly helped by an Italian and an English who live on the property. They have arranged for us a hotel with accommodation, dinner and breakfast, at the expense of the owner. Thanks to Riccardo and Suzzana! Sunday we were still able to enter our house. A cozy cottage on top of a hill overlooking a valley. We were the only guests so quiet on the property. This also makes the swimming pool for us alone. Fine pool but not heated so that was just bite. We stayed two weeks and that is long enough. Maybe just mention that there is no kettle available. There is a real Italian perculator for coffee. Despite the stiff start a very nice holiday there.

Beautiful location. Quiet area. Beautiful view.

Shop is less than half an hour's drive away.

A dozen groups can be accommodated on the site. Yet there is enough privacy.

The location of our cottage was great. However, the cottage itself was a bygone glory. A number of basic things were worn out to the thread: of the six table chairs outside, 3 were unusable due to missing screws, the 2 wicker seats had collapsed (so unusable), gas leaks at the stove, toilet barely flushed, the fly screens had a number of large holes through which even hornets flew in happily, sanitary facilities urgently need replacing. I think the owner herself also realized what she rented out, because we never saw them.

Fortunately, we didn't let ourselves be thrown off balance and made it a top holiday :-)

The house sits on a wooded hill and from the large terrace a breathtaking view of the surrounding area. Although there are more homes on the property, not this reduces privacy. It is comfortably furnished with quality furniture and equipped. The fireplace was great on the first and only cold evening. Nice pool, nice owners, good atmosphere.

Tip from the houseowner

Anghiari is a beautiful hamlet, make a nice city tour and visit the museums and churches. You have from Anghiari stunning views over the valley. The hamlet has always been well protected from enemies by the fortress walls. In 1224, the St. Francis visited Anghiari. On June 29, 1440 there was a major battle in Angiari. Leonardo da Vinci made a painting of it. Until today one looks at this painting because it is mysteriously disappeared.
