Our stay was fantastic, The apartment's location was outstanding, just a 5-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, with an abundance of eateries right outside our doorstep, The cleanliness of the apartment was notable, and it was well-equipped with essentials including 2 TVÃ¢Â€Â™s and two air conditioners, which is quite uncommon in Paris, As a former resident of Paris now visiting on holiday, I can attest to the great effort the hosts have invested in the apartment, I wholeheartedly endorse it for anyone planning a short or extended stay, The sofa can also be converted into a secondary bed, accommodating up to 4 guests, We were a party of 3 and found the space very comfortable,

For those seeking accommodation, this place offers great value for money, Despite being in a bustling location, it's secluded and peaceful, The location is superb, with the Eiffel Tower just a 5-minute walk away and other tourist spots easily accessible via metro, For dining, we mostly chose places within a 1km radius of the location and enjoyed delicious meals,

The location is excellent, near the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, top restaurants, supermarkets, and just a 2-minute walk from several subway stations, The place is very pleasant and contributed significantly to our Paris experience, Though the accommodation may be somewhat small, it comes equipped with everything you require, such as a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, air conditioning, and 2 TVs, It's highly recommended for those seeking proximity to the city's main attractions at a reasonable price,

At the onset, the apartment is not very clean. The bathroom has mold growing everywhere in the grout between the tiles. It smells. The pillows and the comforters were all quite dirty and desperately needed washing. The most unfortunate aspect is the following: we left the apartment on October 12 at 0830. Upon arriving to the airport, I realized I had left a shopping bag full of presents for my family in the living room. I knew exactly where I left it and what was in it--I immediately emailed CMG (at 10:09) and they said they would notify the cleaning crew to retrieve it. I have now called, texted or emailed virtually every day for 10 days. While everyone I spoke with (Miriam, Cillia, Amaye, Christopher) were all courteous, no one has ever followed up. The last phone call was with Christopher and he said that no package was found. As I said, I know precisely where it was and if no one is reporting having found it, someone had to have taken it. My understanding is that there was a delivery service who brought towels and sheets followed by the cleaning crew. So there are only two possibilities of people who could have found the shopping bag and clearly they did not report it or turn it in. I am highly dissatisfied with the dishonesty and the lack of cleanliness and have also reported it to VRBO.
