Excellent place to stay, It was just under a 30-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, The walk is smooth with no hills at all, We strolled to the Eiffel Tower and then hopped on a bus from there to explore other attractions, There are fantastic cafes nearby and a grocery store just around the corner, The apartment is very clean and secluded, tucked away from the street noise, I highly recommend it as long as you're comfortable walking or using public transportation or lime scooters/bikes,

My friends and I had an amazing time in Paris because Joffrey's place is close to the Eiffel Tower and other tourist spots, The accommodation is spacious enough for 6 people and very clean, The beds are also large enough for two people! Joffrey was very prompt in responding to our queries, We will definitely suggest this place to others and will definitely make a reservation here again the next time we visit Paris!

Great location, a bit smaller than anticipated, Contains all the essentials you need and a grocery store just around the corner, The bed upstairs consists of 2 singles put together on wheels, so it moves around, The air vent in the toilet was broken and there was no window, The basement room had a moldy smell, Additionally, on the second day, we received a call from the agent informing us that someone would arrive in 50 minutes, However, 5 minutes later, 2 men knocked on the door, only speaking Russian, and started messing with the power box, This was not what we were expecting and made us feel very uneasy,

The accommodation looked just like the photos, although it was a bit smaller than expected, There is only one toilet and one shower for six people, The double bed upstairs is actually two twin beds pushed together, so there were no proper sheets, making it uncomfortable to sleep, The location is fantastic and safe, with just a 30-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and plenty of restaurants nearby,

Absolutely fantastic location and just a short distance from the Eiffel Tower, We strolled for 30 minutes to reach the Eiffel Tower and encountered numerous shops and dining spots, All in all, it's a truly pleasant and cozy hotel situated in a prime location, Accessing it may be a bit challenging, but once you pass through the second entrance, it becomes effortless,

Everything is great, no complaints, Just a few things to note: br/1) Would it be possible to have two keys instead of just one? br/2) The parking spot you suggested is not suitable, as it can only accommodate very small cars, Feel free to check it out and try turning at the first bend after the gate – it's impossible! br/3) It would be better to recommend the nearby Indigo car park instead, br/4) Please provide instructions for waste recycling for guests who are not familiar with the French waste disposal system, br/Thanks
