The booked apartment is big, warm and cozy and is situated on approximately 1350 m.Wir had great weather and the skiing Sillian Hochpustertal is intended by car in about 7 to 18 KM erreichbar.Kinderermäßigung Jahre.Ein ski bus ride sometimes but was never gesehen.Eine toboggan or sleigh ride are near. The Winkeltal is again 2-3 km away from Außervillgraten. Therefore, no shops in the immediate vicinity. The price-performance ratio is jedenfals OK.

Beautiful spacious house, well equipped. Delicious warm.De owners are very sympathetic and gastvrij.Niet too far away from the ski slopes, but also his trips to Italy possible. Bruneck is 45 minutes drive, you may as well winkelen.We come back here for sure!

Well furnished house. For daily needs, everything is available, and in as sufficient numbers. Owners are very friendly and helpful, however, have the habit of einzuheizen during the afternoon the fireplace. Those who can not be bothered, has found a good place to stay. The decor is typical to rustic, but definitely in good condition. The apartment or room (especially the bathroom) may be better illuminated. Gorgeous location, situated in a valley, with views of the mountains. Vehicle recommended closely since in the vicinity (on foot) no shopping facilities available. Nice restaurant nearby, where you can also still find a toboggan run.

The house is very Bachlechner to empfehlen.Die central location offers many excursions into the surrounding area and also in the Dolomites in South Tyrol. The house has a very quiet location and is recommended for those seeking tranquility and families with young children. The owners are very nice and friendly and are helpful for all questions.

Quiet, spacious and comfortable home. Everything is very clean (sheets and towels), bedrooms, bathroom, ... The living room and kitchen are pretty dark and could use some extra lighting. The owners live in another part of the house and are very friendly and helpful. What we (= family with three children) concerned: a must!

We arrived at unusually cold and rainy weather. The landlord had fueled the fire, and so it was nice and warm in the living room and we were able to dry our wet clothes. The next two cold days was heated in summer, although that is not included in the rent. The owners are very friendly and open to all questions. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The environment is very beautiful and magnificent the view from the terrace and from the kitchen window in fine weather.

We have lovely walks, unfortunately it was walking in April above 2,000 m not mogelijk.Mooie environment, and frogs seen in the melting snow, never gezien.Huisje was good, we just missed a frying pan, but good land wise nation honor. On the last day after super weather with 22 graden.Aanrader.

The great holiday with the friendly owner is the perfect base for a walking holiday. There are many walks available from the house, but also in the very near vicinity. The setting is lovely and all the amenities of living in the vicinity. All in all we enjoyed our 2 week holiday and is a must for every hiker who enjoys the mountains. The house is fully furnished with all the comforts.

Very nice home situated in a quiet area, big beautiful apartment, cozy rooms, very well equipped kitchen (sufficiently many and sufficiently large pots, more than enough crockery and cutlery, beautiful matching glasses - in some apartments can be found yes only weak olle former mustard jars before so that's not here!) There are also children's dishes. Great bathroom. The most beautiful is the room with the large cozy fireplace, which was fired for us than it was a few days something cooler. Oh and by the terrace, sun from morning until late afternoon against 10 clock! Many beautiful hiking trails (as always very well signposted and marked in Austria) with different levels of difficulty to achieve some directly from the house. The homeowner-Fam Bachlechner - are young, very nice, friendly people who also have children. We were warmly welcomed and never felt like we were quotFremdkörper & ". Holiday can not really be!

Our winter holiday with Fam Bachlechner was great. We were very well received. Beautifully was also the fireplace. That would be fueled every day and had a nice heat. The rooms are very comfortably furnished. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Haus Bachlechner is in a fantastic location. What especially catches the eye is the great hospitality of the owners. On cold days, before dawn nice characteristic stove created so that the whole house was warm. Furthermore, a great base for day trips in the area

We were there this year to fifth and used the apartment as a base for our motorcycle tours. Even the ride to / from the house is great for biking. The sight of nature and the winding route is grandios.Das apartment is spread over 2 floors, is rustic but fully furnished with 2 double and 2 single rooms. Here no wishes remain unsatisfied. We highly recommend this destination necessarily continue!

The area is nothing short of amazing. At 1400 meters altitude you look through the valley from your terrace or balcony. With the Kärnten-Card and the East Tyrol card we were able to do lots of fun things. Very good weather and had warm.

We have booked this house to have a quiet winter. The ski area is small, but because the environment there is plenty to do great for beginners and kinderen.In. We walked in the woods, and the cities of Lienz and Udine bezocht.Wat governs the property itself, I can not think of many negatives. The only bad thing was the fact that the wifi gives a weak signal and drops out regularly. When you watch a movie, this is disturbing. The hostess was very friendly and accessible. She lives forever and came down among the holiday now and then ask if everything goes was.Al all, just good.

We had been through multiple files too late, but this presented no problems. The house liked good, but we were sorry the kitchen and living room separated waren.Daarnaast was "cold evening in the home, because the heat could not be used (even though it was daytime fine weather, around the 25 gr.) We found the area quite nice. But I can imagine that some people find too high location. (we are not).
