We had a lovely time at La Cinciallegra! The morning tea on the patio was delightful, and the nearby Monte Nerone offered beautiful hiking trails, Perfect for nature lovers!

We received a warm welcome from the owner. The cottage was nicely decorated. A lovely veranda in front of the house. And a fantastic view. The owner told us extensively about all the sights and gave tips on where to eat and drink. The way up was doable by car. Trips to Cagli, Fano, Frasassi and (a little further) Assisi are definitely worth it. We had a wonderful week.

Warm welcome with coffee and fruit. Cozy stay, sober but tidy at a top location. The area is very nice with interesting sights within 1 hour drive. Recommended.

Very nice environment. Cottage a bit basic but certainly everything is there and clean. Seen single with proper privacy. Host and hostess are super sympathetic and help immediately with any question. We had our dog who roamed freely on the domain (between their 4 cats). The last part of the road is indeed unpaved but certainly passable, although it could be a bit more difficult with a low car. Top holiday with top restaurants nearby.

We regretted with less good weather, but the accommodation was fine, and breakfast was ready for the next day. The landlord was very friendly and speaks very good English. He gave us many great tips to visit things. The surroundings are very quiet and beautiful with a nice view. The road to the accommodation is ready for repair and the last part is unpaved road.

We stayed 5 days in this lovely, simply furnished, beautifully situated cottage, on top of the hill, with spectacular views. The owner also lives on the property with his wife and their 6 cats. A very hospitable couple, familiar with the beautiful, special places in the area, we would go back here with the 2 of us.

Arrival was fine. Pio came to get us because the route planner did not. Accommodation fine at first sight. A lot of cats are walking around. If you are a fan of that, you have the time of your life. Ants appeared to fall from the roof. Pio started to solve this immediately, but after a few days with still ants we did not think this was enough. He immediately looked for another accommodation for us.

The house is ok. The hosts too. But these routes in the mountains were not described like that, we are on a slope and our car was damaged several times. We are forced to take legal action. The path is impassable !!!! And no sauna !!!! This was also not in the description !!!!

Everything was perfect !. From the arrival. We were not really early and everything for breakfast the next day was done. Bread, milk, juice, jam, fruit. And wine for deontvangst. The same evening a very detailed explanation of what there is to do all around the area. Lots of culture, said Pio. The rest to the cottage, the pool everything was fantastic. The weather was us. We were even able to help with, or with the grape harvest. Also controlled by Pio. The cats, five large and three small, have us very entertained. There is tv but you definitely do not need.

Quiet area with many lovely towns and villages in the area. Great views over the hills, which also enjoy hiking and mountain biking. A homeowner who has plenty of tips for visiting and if desired also organizes an excursion to a wine producer. We have enjoyed immensely !!

very welcoming and helpful owners, the road to the cottage is long but not object, location is fantastic. The cottage is cozy but really rather small, even for 2 people. A lot of mosquitos so a mosquito net is a must (I used it inside and outside ..). Very nice quiet place with very good care of the owner

We were greatly welcomed by the owner Pio, a table full of food for breakfast. The view is fantastic. The garden in which the property is located is beautiful when we were there in late May, the roses to smell delicious. Nearby many beautiful old towns and cities. And of course there are great restaurants nearby. Young kittens playing often made us laugh. An absolute must.

We stayed one week in September in La Cinciallegra. The house stands on top of a mountain at the end of a 3 km road. Main advantages of this house are the stunning views, the beautiful garden (including pool) and more than nice owner Pio. The house itself is well cared for. We had a very nice week and will definitely go back sometime.

The cottage is beautifully situated atop a hill. The cottage is very small, one room and a small bathroom. But big enough for 2 people. Clean. The owner and his wife are very welcoming, the owner speaks good English and has many tips for the area. From the end of May there is a small pool, but that is not necessary. The time is relatively large and you have a lot of privacy. Many opportunities for nature and culture (old towns) nearby. The coast is approx 30 min drive. Parks etc. you will not find it. Not many options in terms of tourism, such as kayaking, etc. That was a pity. Well a beautiful unspoiled landscape with hills and mountains. In general, the population has poor English, so a book with sentences Dutch-Italian is handy.

Cozy Couple’s Retreat
Nestled amidst beautiful valleys in Cagli, this holiday home is perfect for a couple looking for an unforgettable experience. It features a shared swimming pool, a sauna, and a living-cum-bedroom to relax and stay comfortably. This pet-friendly home is only 3 km from local restaurants and pubs if you would like to taste some local delicacies. At 5 km, you can find a convenience store in the town centre to stock up your essentials. You can have a romantic barbecue dinner in the garden and morning tea on the patio while enjoying the lovely view of the surroundings. In addition to the 3 parking spaces along the road, there is, only for the guests, the possibility of an exclusive parking space 10 m away. At the main entrance of the structure is a separate collection point with bins for compost, paper, plastic and metal together, glass. The aforementioned bins are emptied by the owner on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Check-in can be done between 4-6 PM and check-out is from 9-10 AM.
