Very cool house! So close to everything in the center of Durbuy! The car park was not so easy to find but luckily the neighbors have experience with people who think they are arriving at the dollhouse. The cottage is well equipped with all comforts, with a fully equipped kitchen. The staff were also very friendly.

The house is very cozy and comfortable, everything is there. Large fully fenced garden. I thought it was a shame that there was no garden furniture. We have had a few sunny periods but without furniture you can hardly sit outside. There are 2 reserved parking spaces but these are sometimes misused by people who just come to park so you sometimes have no place.

House was nicely furnished, just a pity about the necessities of kitchenware. No good knives, cutting boards, .. everything else in the kitchen was in order.

Unfortunately too late on the internet that others also had bad experiences with Ourthe et Somme (who rented this dollhouse among others). First impression was good, except that it was not very well-cheated (long black hairs from previous tenants were still in one of the beds) while the cost of the chimney is at 90 euros. However, what we most disappointed was the following. During the bad weather a (closed) umbrella was wrapped around. We reported this immediately and said that the umbrella was definitely closed (previously suffered from a bad foot injury), however, the contact person (probably Ourthe et Somme's owner) did not believe this and we already thought he was paying the damage. The fact that he said that we were sleeping because of the reason why the umbrella had fallen, broke our vacation a part ... because of this statement, it can be a bit of a stomach for people who hold the truth high. I did not hear anything left at the front desk at the end of the process. We did not say anything about it until we recovered the guarantee only in part. It was 110 euro. So my friend called to the same contact asking why money had been spent and This was because the umbrella had fallen over ... An e-mail with evidence that it was previously the foot (I had made a video that I could easily push the foot over) was no longer received. Thankfully my girlfriend noticed that Belvilla has a compensation policy, namely that the landlords must report damage to Belvilla, which said that they should not pay this to the customer. Belvilla has investigated this and therefore Finally, the amount deducted from our guarantee was returned, so I would definitely recommend Belvilla. However, I think it's a pity that Belvilla has to turn on such an unreliable landlord as Ourthe et Somme.

The shower in the bedroom overflows. Lots of vermin in the house, mice in the garden. Poorly equipped kitchen. Ridiculous fines, e.g. for not folding the bedding or incorrect waste disposal (the waste has to be disposed of in a village 10km away!). There wasn't even a dishcloth. Doors don't close well. Stones in the garden are loose - tripping hazard! One of the bathrooms doesn't even have a sink. Ice cold stone floor, even the expensive heating doesn't help much. Overall, very disappointing.

We stayed in the dollhouse for 4 days with our sons aged 15 and 17, and our 2 labradors. The house looks cozy but actually it was in need of a total makeover. The garden was overgrown, there were shards of glass everywhere on the lawn, the shade cloth was not present and the bbq almost fell apart, in short, a turnoff on these hot days. Inside it wasn't much better, cobwebs, poorly cleaned and a lot of flies (and no fly curtain). Behind several beds we found a dirty sheet, a towel and a top. On a window tablet was a used panty liner!!! There was little convenience for cleaning: no products, no mop and a vacuum cleaner that was hung together with tape. There was no potato knife in the kitchen, which is a necessary thing. The bathroom had a tube heater that was completely rusted so you had nowhere to hang your towels and it looked very dilapidated. This house is therefore not worth repeating, although we did have a great time in cozy Durbuy.

Super located on the outskirts of the village .... decor was dated and couch in the small living room was dirty and saggy ... I would not be home for 6 persons renting it is too small.

It is a beautiful detached house with a large private garden in the center of Durbuy. Many hospitality within walking distance. Beautiful surroundings. You can only buy a nice walk because walking tours are marked bad.
