We think this is a very nice house. The cottage is very neat and nicely finished inside. You can enjoy the view if you are sitting on the balcony. You can also use the garden that is beautiful. The area is mountainous, if you sit on the balcony you look into a valley.Also the residents are very friendly and helpful.Already with a successful holidayGroet fam. De Boer.

Very nice hosts. Apartment 1a, covered spacious terrace. Dishwasher and washing machine available. The shower and toilet, very clean and spacious. Bedroom, dining room, living room also very clean and spacious. Many Thanks! If we would like to spend some time in the Erzgebirge, we would like to rent the same apartment again. By the way Bellvilla is a very good and correct mediator. The booking and everything else belongs to, as usual straight off. Thumbs up. 5 Stars.

Warm welcome. beautiful house, much nicer than we expected, bathroom very beautiful and practical. Environment is very beautiful, but you do need a car to see something. Good base for day trips. We like to walk, environment is well suited for only trails are not entirely clear. We recommend this cottage certainly with our friends.

Warm welcome, good explanations and tour, beautifully situated with a lovely big balcony over the entire side of the house, sitting on the balcony, enjoying the right side of a main road, with some traffic, you feel, not just to be on the world and on the other a stunning view of a mountain village very cozy, beautifully furnished apartment with lovely kitchen, bathroom and slaapkamer.Prachtige environment with lots of lovely villages but also a great city of Chemnitz, near the Czech Republic with a wonderful town of Karlovy Vary and the Vietnamese market just across the border, we will definitely come back again in this area

Excellent reception by the (friendly) hostess. A spacious accommodation with a bedroom, a hall, a kitchen, a bathroom, a dining room, a sitting room and a large balcony. The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated and are well equipped. The sitting room looks a bit smaller in the pictures because the sofa is quite generous in size. The apartment was cleaned very well. You can walk in the nearby nature reserves.

On our arrival we were greeted friendly and guided by the apartment. There was self-made jam as a gift. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished. Very positive we found among other things. the large bathroom with window, the very extensively equipped kitchen and the large balcony. Since we were with baby on the way, we were even given a crib with bedding and towels provided. For our bikes we could use the landlord's garage - useful for all those who want to take the mountain bike to the Rabenberg. The place is also very nice. There are various shopping possibilities and you can go from there beautiful hikes.

Very nice welcome by Mr. A mrs. Seltmann. Nice and lovely people. The layout of the floor looks very well looked after. A beautiful area where you can enjoy it, especially in the garden at the house. Mr. Seltmann has completely renovated this older house. A true piece of art. The house is very well insulated against sounds from outside. The weather worked well with a nice week! We are satisfied.

Hospitable and helpful owners couple. Spacious and very clean house. Well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, TV and DVD player, CD / MP3 / SD card player, comfortable sofa, garage for bikes) .Groot balcony as well as use of the garden with sun loungers, patio furniture and cushions. Beautiful mountain setting with picturesque villages. Suitable for walking and cycling. The way in which the property is located has ridden day pretty busy.

Beautifully decorated home. Just a pity that it is on a busy road so you hear constant traffic. Area very worthwhile. Easy access, private parking. Supermarkets and the like not walking distance. Plenty of activities and nature in the area.

We have a week in this house celebrated our holiday. 2 adults. and 2 child. 13 and 11 years. It is a very clean and beautiful house with a beautiful view. For children there is not much to do, but they have still a lot of fun. The Fichtelbergbahn, sledding, swimming pool Aquamarien. The busy road that goes past the cottage is unfortunate, but not bothersome for us. All in all a nice vacation gehad.Fam.Zijlmans

The apartment offers everything you need (room, a good bed and a well equipped kitchen). The only setback was the position on a main road. The house and especially the bedroom is right up against. The house is beautiful, very new and well appointed. Owners are very friendly. Property is fully equipped and fairly well equipped. Is enough for 4 people, in terms of space and decor caveat is that there is only one bedroom with a double bed with separate mattresses. If there are other sleeping sofa in the spacious living room and a large chair in the bedroom, one bed can be made. Usually the chair then placed in the living room at the bank. This told the owners. The folded chair is slightly lower than the bank together, so it's not a smooth surface given height. Balcony is very spacious, covered, but not waterproof in heavy rain, it leaks here and there. A small disadvantage to the house is that right is the house on the main road, quite a lot of traffic during the day, "the evening and" at night it falls. The bedroom is also on the road side, so window opens, but is not recommended while sleeping. As a solution, there is an air unit placed in the bedroom which in air elsewhere today.
