Cal Xelín is a secluded 19th-century farmhouse located in the municipality of Calonge de Segarra, in the province of Barcelona, in a beautiful agricultural setting where you can enjoy all the tranquility the countryside offers. It has a private garden and swimming pool, shared only , the owner lives in the adjoining house, not in the tourist accommodation, which is completely separate. On the property, there is a small farmyard with various animals that can be visited.

This area allows you to take various cultural tours through castles, small Romanesque buildings and charming villages. Sitges beach is just an hour away and the popular Port Aventura theme park is an hour and a half away.

Medium-sized cities such as Manresa, Igualada or Cervera are less than 30 minutes away. The capital, Barcelona, is an hour's drive away. Calaf, the nearest town, is 5 minutes away and has all services, including the 24-hour medical center (CAP).

Very friendly reception by Josep. Home and garden were super nice. Wine, cold water and olive oil were ready. Pleasant house (fresh in the summer) good beds, practical kitchen. Nice pool. Had a super holiday.

The reception was very warm, Rosa and Josep are very friendly, there was also a basket of local produce. Delicious. The house has real character with natural stone walls and stone stairs. The region, foothills of the Pyrenees, offers many possibilities, including Barcelona, beach, mountain villages and hiking trails.

House is good and authentic, good bedrooms and beds and good bathrooms. Outdoor space is okay, but a bit messy. Pool is good. Nice, there is a football field. And there are animals, for those who like it. Owner lives next door and is friendly. Quiet area. Trips can be made, but you always have to drive a bit. Environment is not touristy, so in the nearest place are 2 small supermarkets and there are few restaurants in the area.

Owners are very friendly and helpful. Everything in the house to detergent for the washing machine. You should not bring your own. Upon arrival a full welcome pack with bread, olives, salami, cakes, olive oil. There is table tennis, football, badminton and board games field. Buitenbbq is in a house, which also provided table to eat there. Highly recommended for groups with children. For people who want to do something less trips. At least a half hour drive to the nearest big city. In the nearby village at 5 min or supermarkets, bakery and butcher.

A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car! The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
