The house was very neat, the owner was also very friendly. The location is great, but I think that the description of the house should state that you can walk there via a fairly steep path, especially for people who have difficulty walking, this is important to know.

We had a wonderful week and really relaxed. Everything was there and the bed was equipped with a new mattress. We have been on the road a lot by bike and walking. The supermarket is close by and the city of Bad Hersfeld is worth a visit. We will definitely come back again a real gem in beautiful Germany

We enjoyed our stay at this dog-friendly home, It was spacious enough for us and our furry friend, The garden was a nice feature, perfect for relaxing after a day out hiking, The nearby ski lifts looked exciting too, although we didn't get to try them, Overall, a nice retreat from city life

We were warmly greeted by the friendly hostess who guided us to the holiday bungalow, she explained to us where everything stood and how the t.v. It was a nice house with a good bed and a beautiful view over the hills and the more than 1000 year old village.

First hit the key, the owner went to the cottage. I was bad at the time and when we arrived, there was a slope of grass that was 30 meters long to be used to get into the cottage. We were from the home address of the landlady escorted to the house. Upon arrival everything was neatly explained and handed us wanted an enjoyable week. The cottage for us was mentioned quite spacious with the facilities in the description. We were very pleased with it. The house with canopy and spacious garden offers complete privacy. We hit great weather with temperatures reaching 30 degrees Celsius. It is advisable to go by car here, because the nearest supermarket is about 5 km. View from the house is a beautiful green valley.

It's a nice house with everything we needed. It has a nice location (although we expected the middle it was forest, this was not the case). Friendly owner. Wonderfully quiet because the other cottages were not in use.

there has been a good week, wonderful autumn forests, long walks with the dog, quaint villages and towns in the area in which all recognizable German atmosphere. A bit quieter as the end of the season.The house is more than fine with all the trimmings. And a wealth of owner -)

We have had a wonderful holiday (02-08-2014 tm 16-8-2014). We were lucky with the weather and all meals, use outside. Partly due to the deep porch, And what a rest around the house. Even the dog enjoyed in the garden, where there is always both sun and shade to find is.Het cottage is complete and spacious for two people. However, it is a bit dark, the deep porch and through the many trees around the house. The path to the cottage is not suitable for people who really have walking difficulties, but it is doable. Further well The surroundings are beautiful and above all quiet and peaceful. You can thus walk away from the house. For us, a place to remember and maybe even have to return.

We have 9 days allowed to stay in this great house! It is fully equipped and very spacious, even with two dogs. The owner is super friendly and we were very warmly received by her and the same with fresh organic eggs! There is much to see and do in the area and you can easily make beautiful walks from the cottage. We had a great holiday and hope to definitely come to come back.

Our stay in Rosenrain was excellent. The cottage was very clean and well furnished. Spacious bedroom with fine beds. "Nice long evening sat outside because the porch (also sochtends breakfast), this is highly recommended. Parking is not directly at the house, but at the top in the path to the cottage. This is no more than 30 meters from the house, this was for us no problem. Very friendly welcome by the owner. Prima area to make. lovely walks directly from the cottage

Cottage was nice and well equipped. Only we were there in May / June and it was very cold 9 degrees and very wet. Then the house to get difficult. We have had a good week. Walked a lot, especially the weekend was nice for walking. Furthermore, the environment is very nice for hiking enthusiasts and people who come for the rest. Furthermore, the week was very cold, and you can hardly get warm in the house. Because the roof is in the front (2.5 meters), it is very dark in the house and you have dark all day again the lamp. We went home a day early because of the bad weather / darkroom, and cold inside. It was the last day really waiting for the next day to go home to, so we are iom the owner decided to go earlier. If you really have a summer temperatures with lots of sunshine, it is wonderful to relax given the two beautiful days with sunshine.

We have a midweek from the cottage used. The cottage is fully furnished and cozy. The owner is very nice and willing to help you anywhere. Despite the bad, cold weather we had a super time. We can properly relax and rested went home again! Definitely worth repeating!

Nice house. Beautiful surroundings with plenty of opportunities for walking or shopping eg in Bad Hersfeld, only parking was somewhat problematic, since a separate place was not available there for this house. Had no further problems. The owner was very friendly an helpful.
