In approximately 200 m², up to eight people can enjoy plenty of space, with a ceiling height of 3.6 m.
There are three bedrooms, two rooms for two people, and one room can accommodate up to four people.
All box-spring beds are movable.

On the upper level is a 75-inch TV and the living room area. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to enjoy the view all the way to the North Sea dike.
Fast fiber optic Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the house.
The small bathroom has a shower and toilet.
A large bathroom is visible with a bathtub, shower, washing machine, and dryer.

The garden can be reached via the emergency exit or the stairs at the front and can be shared. 4000 m² of lawn are available. Soccer goals are available.
