The apartment is just like what is shown in the photos, the design and overall look are fantastic, Even though the apartment is not located in the central area, it only takes 15 minutes to get to the center of Paris, Highly recommended!

Absolutely one of the top Airbnbs I've ever had the pleasure of staying in!! Extremely clean, ultra-modern, astonishing space! In proximity to excellent eateries, a fantastic neighborhood with children frolicking about due to a school in the vicinity, The host was extremely gracious! Incredible value for money! I'll without a doubt stay here again the next time I'm in Paris! There's also a lift! I'll require the link to the convertible sofa they have as it was among the finest convertible sofas I've ever used

Excellent stay! The apartment is exactly as in the photos, if not better, I am tempted to copy all these decoration ideas! High quality furniture, generous spaces, Ideally located near the Bois de Vincennes, Fully equipped kitchen, excellent bedding, superb bathtub, Everything is there to feel comfortable! The apartment was ideal for our one-week stay with six people, It was as advertised, elegantly decorated, and situated in a safe, tranquil area, The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for us to prepare some meals following a full day of touring, Restaurants, markets, and the Metro were all within a short walk, Our host was very welcoming and promptly answered any queries we had, I am quite particular about my accommodation, and I would gladly stay here again if I am fortunate enough to return to Paris,

The apartment is indeed beautiful, boasting a very comfy bed, a lovely and secure neighbourhood with plenty of dining options, and tasteful decoration, The space is ample, even for six people, However, I feel it may not be suitable for five or six people, given the bathroom conditions, There's only one toilet for five people, with a minuscule sink that doesn't even have soap, The main bathroom lacks a fixed showerhead, forcing you to hold one in your hand while bathing, There's no glass or shower curtain to prevent water from spilling out when showering, The master bedroom's en-suite bathroom has no door, which could be used by guests if there was one, but is not feasible with the current arrangement, The kitchen lacks bowls, paper towels, and there's only one soap for five guests, Entry into the house isn't ideal either, as you have to buzz the intercom at the door and wait for a response, This isn't the landlord's fault, but the apartment's second-floor corridor constantly smells like cigarettes,

Pros: Nice neighborhood. Good instructions. Apartment is tidy. Cons: Electricity occasionally went out. As a result, we couldn't get back into the apartment and someone else had to let us in. That is very inconvenient. Also, there is a missing curtain in the small bedroom. And the dishwasher smells a bit strange.

Visually, it's a nice apartment, but clearly worn out and in need of significant renovation! CLEANING IS DONE DIFFERENTLY! In one bathroom, the rain shower doesn't work, in the other there's a tub, no shower curtain, and a handheld shower without a wall holder, there are cracks in the sink, the dishwasher smells, it doesn't smell (!) like drainage, the dishes are greasy to simply dirty, there are crumbs on the chairs, stains on the sofa, in one bedroom there's a roller shutter crank but no roller shutter, the toilet and both bathrooms are ventilated through the apartment, not through an exhaust. There is only one toilet, but that's clear from the description. Getting into the apartment is a matter of luck. There is a description for the front door, but it's more of a guessing game (luckily the caretaker helped us). The description for the apartment door is good, but you have to pull on the door handle at the same time (!), otherwise the door won't open. (Just an old, replaceable (!) lock!) Two stars for the appearance and location of the apartment, for the rest 0-1 star!

Welcome to our delightful 95m2 flat for 6 people. Completely refurbished and made to measure, our urban nugget is located in Saint-Mandé, just a stone's throw from the Parc de Vincennes. Just a 10-minute walk from the metro station, you can reach the centre of Paris in 15 minutes.
The geographical location of the apartment will allow you to easily and quickly travel throughout the capital via numerous public transportation options :
