Beautiful detached holiday home with private parking and lockable gate in the village of Oederan. Located next to the miniature park Klein-Erzgebirge.In a shed is a BBQ and a bicycle to quickly get sandwiches.Very friendly owners. The owner is happy to give tips about the area. Perfect holiday home for 4 adults or for 2 adults with 2 children. The double bed can be converted into two single beds on request. The house is very complete and fully equipped. For daily shopping in Oederan you can go to the supermarkets Edeka or Aldi. Baker, butcher and pizzeria within walking distance. For refreshment, you can walk to the outdoor pool with double slide in 10 minutes. The station is also a 10-minute walk away. Nice base for trips in the area: castle and toboggan run in Augustusburg, city of Dresden (1 hour by train) and the modern VW factory, railway museum in Chemnitz, town of Seiffen and mineral museum in Freiberg. Hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. We will definitely come back here!

The key transfer was well arranged. The homeowner was on vacation, but had informed this in advance via email and also how the key transfer would be arranged. The welcome was very pleasant. We received an extensive explanation about the cottage. The cottage is beautiful! Cozy, nicely furnished and fully equipped. You can park the car on your own property. The cottage is on the outskirts of the village about 500 m from the forest. Wonderful walking there. The supermarket is close by. There is much to see in the area and you can be in Dresden within an hour. We had a fantastic holiday!

Thank you very much. Very complete house. Excellent wifi. A lot of privacy. Detailed explanation of the house and the environment. Daily shopping within walking distance. Many hiking opportunities. Good train connections with, among others, Dresden, Chemnitz. Cycling only for ebikes or for the sporty cyclist.

The family Gulich was very nice. The reception was fine. The cottage is very complete. Good beds and a very nice and complete kitchen. Despite the sometimes bad weather was in the house to keep out fine with a good book. The room had a good couch and a nice chair. Nothing but praise!

Cottage was fine is nice and quiet the owner came every 2 days or just work in the garden, which I would not have required we rent that house for ourselves we are finally on holiday butgoed.Het house is fine and all conveniences nice and cozy the area is also very beautiful there is something to do for every age in the neighborhood the village is not large but everything you need is within walking distance

We had a lovely stay at this heritage cottage! It was perfect for our family, The kids loved the big garden and we enjoyed the BBQ setup, I recommend taking a walk in the nearby forest, just a short stroll away, The kitchen was well-equipped, we cooked a few meals there without any issues, A little bit of noise from the street, but nothing too bothersome, Overall, a great spot for some family fun and relaxation!

The house provides erzgbirgische Gemütlichlichkeit and leaves nothing missing in comfort. The hosts have decorated the house very stylish and with love. Oederan invites you to beautiful excursions, Freiberg, Chemnitz, Annaberg-Buchholz. We enjoyed it very much.

We have two couples spent a midweek break at this house in Oederan. An excellent base for various activities. You can include very easily by train to Dresden. Leipzig is not too far away. Furthermore, there are in the area to make beautiful walks.

Superb house, starting point for excursions, including Dresden, Chemnitz (museums). Also you can from the house a nice walk by following the stream. From parking few problems, and also of the right of way was hardly ever used. You're not so free, the bushes should grow. Well again conveniently close to shops, eg the bakery.

The house was in tip-top shape. All facilities such as supermarkets, bakers and nice Italian restaurant on the market, all on wandelafstand.Eigenaars are sympathetic people, who give you a lot of information about the region. On site there are regional maps available to guests.

3 weeks we stayed in Ferienhaus Richterhausl. It was perfect very hospitable family Gulich, very nice, well decorated house for 4 people. Everything is there, even a bike to get bread at the bakery in the village. Good base for excursions. Highly recommended accommodation.

The judge Häusl is a very nice, clean and well-kept house, which is very loving. We spent a week with our disabled daughter in this house. It has us all very much and also the family Gulich is very hospitable and very lovingly handled our daughter. We can recommend it to everyone and wish you in a good time.

Care, service, gastfreundschaft care and leaves nothing to be desired. Good base for day trips. Living space perhaps somewhat cramped for large family. Furthermore, you should consider right of way.
