The biggest plus is the beautiful view of the surroundings. It is a well maintained and clean house. It is very spacious and everything is provided, eg in the kitchen everything is present. The jacuzzi, ping pong and billiard table are pleasant extras.

Very nice stay with enough space and a nice large garden! This weekend we were able to enjoy a very nice snow weekend, in the evening when the children were in bed we could enjoy the Jacuzzi or the cellar full of games. Definitely recommended, very friendly welcome & we will definitely go back!

It was a very pleasant stay. Everything is provided in the house. It is a beautiful and pleasant house. The shower on the first floor didn't work very well; hardly any water came out of the rain showerhead. But the shower on the ground floor worked perfectly. The jacuzzi and pool table are really a great addition. The hostess is very understanding, sweet, and friendly. This house is really more suitable for quieter groups because the neighbor is unfortunately a bit less understanding, but this is also clearly stated in the advertisement. We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The house is large and fully furnished. It is really equipped with everything: complete kitchen with all appliances and in very good condition. Two full bathrooms. The living room has a very large dining table, spacious seating area with large TV with digital receiver with all Dutch, Belgian, German and French channels. The bedrooms are very spacious. In the basement there is also a large playroom with pool table and ping pong table. Outside there is a large terrace with picnic table and bbq, surrounded by a large lawn and with a further view of the fields. It is very quiet because there is no traffic. There is a lot to see and do in the area.

Beautiful house with a beautiful view over the valley on the garden side. Situated in a dead end street. Jacuzzi for 5 people and billiards available. Good wifi. TV with Proximus channels, also Flemish. 2 bathrooms. Good mattresses. Beautiful living room. Price/quality this is top.
only point of criticism: it is certainly not dirty, but the kitchen cabinets could do with some cleaning and 1 of the shower heads looks a bit dirty.

Beautiful environment. Even in rainy weather a lot of light enters the living room. Comfortable seats in the living room are also a plus. The kitchen is spacious enough. The pool table and the ping pong table provide a lot of entertainment. The football table is on the small side and therefore rather suitable for the children. 100 euros for cleaning, however, is much too expensive.

Best it was a very nice house but the kitchen inventory stay well behind if you want to cook something, the beds were very good and not saggy, the shower upstairs and downstairs were delicious. The reception was a bit less pleasant because we had been stuck in traffic for hours and called to inform them, but we received a reasonable scolding from the landlord, which made us arrive already stressed. That was not nice. In the end, he became friendly and gave us a tour. We arrived in the dark but were incredibly surprised by the view upon waking up. That was amazing! The house is beautifully located and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this. The jacuzzi is also a plus and is well maintained by the owners, even during our stay. One more comment: the pots and pans are old and in need of replacement. The kitchen utensils could use a serious update. But everything else was fine. Good beds too. Definitely a recommendation.

house is in perfect order .. quietly located.enkel very many wasps on site there was also a jacuzzi, super nice but now everyone who has been in it has gotten a bacterial effect. so our kids are full of red spots and have to take antibiotics now.

On arrival the owner was very unfriendly. We respected the arrival time that Belvilla gave us, but he claimed that we should have called earlier. His wife quickly did the explanation in French. No effort was made to clarify this in Dutch or possibly English. The cottage itself is a nice house with a beautiful view. However, do not book this house for the jacuzzi! When the bubbles start your eyes start to peck at the chlorine. Our skin started to itch and bathing suits are discolored from the large amount of chlorine or other substances in the jacuzzi. This is extremely harmful! Too bad we didn't have a great experience in this house. I don't recommend it. The location is also not very ideal. You often have to take the car to go somewhere.

The communication was in French, we thought that the owner also spoke Dutch. Everything went hand and foot. Explanation of everything also in French and at a rapid pace so we had to figure everything out ourselves. The house looks clean at first glance. I think this is because it is so big. The cobwebs hung everywhere and were very large, it was not clean. Lots of ladybird nuisance. The floor was littered with them. Bathrooms dirty, faucets dirty. Very unfortunate because it is a beautiful house. Before you can use something you have to clean and vacuum it yourself. If you consider that you pay € 100 cleaning costs, I don't know what they clean from that, but not the house! All in all, the area is beautiful, but we no longer rent this house.
