The apartment is pleasantly situated in a fantastic area with a lovely view, It appears the photos were taken when the place was in its prime, it's somewhat worn and battered but overall satisfactory, however, it's worth noting as it wasn't what we anticipated, Few things were broken or malfunctioning which I highlighted in a subsequent survey, I was particularly concerned about the mold in the upstairs bathroom ceiling due to lack of ventilation, it had a distinctive odor so I hope it gets addressed for the benefit of future guests, The upstairs bedroom window latch didn't seem to function to open the windows, or the rear window curtain, The host is very prompt and attentive which was commendable!

The apartment spans over 3 floors, starting from the 5th: two bedrooms and a bathroom on the 5th, kitchen, living and dining on the 6th (with a pull-out couch option), and the master bedroom on the 7th with a bathroom, The property is located on a bustling commercial street close to several Metro stations and within walking distance to Montmarte's highlights, Despite the lively neighborhood, we didn't find it disruptive, I would suggest to the manager to fix a few minor issues, such as the window latch and a missing closet rod, Another concern was the lack of instructions for operating the appliances and controllers, Overall, it's an excellent choice for a larger group seeking a base camp for a Paris vacation,
