We had and excellent stay this house!
It is spacious, well-maintained and perfectly equipped to accommodate a group (or a familly).
The host was very welcoming and responsive (we exchanged by mail during the weekend, all our questions were answered),which made our stay even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend this rental!

Enjoyed it very much, it's like you're living in Belgium for a week, without having to work, but being free. During your stay, the outside area is maintained by mowing the lawn.
But otherwise they are not a burden, on the contrary very helpful. We didn't understand French, but together in English we managed it. We had forgotten a bed sheet, we were given one to use, really great. 2 mattresses are 180x200, I think 2x 90x200. It worked out fine.
And as the icing on the cake we were allowed to use the swimming pool, great for our children.
The dog could also come along at the end, when the dog sitter dropped out, great.
For the price, a really simple but certainly very neat accommodation.
We did miss a shady spot, there was a parasol, but there is little shelter when it gets very hot, then inside downstairs, it stays cool there and cooling in the pool of course.
That play area is also really fun for the kids. Something for every age.

Very nice lodging. Equipped with many conveniences. Very spacious, spacious rooms and very clean. The kitchen is also very extensive. Suitable for extensive cooking. The swimming pool will be ready soon. Not yet with us, but it was too cold for that.
The village is small, but characteristically agricultural and quiet.

Prime location in a small Ardennes village, very quiet and beautiful walks nearby. Bakery and butcher at 4km. The house itself was immaculate, well furnished and very spacious. The playroom is an extra. Very friendly welcome with regional beers.,

We were welcomed by the friendly owner with some tasty snacks and some bottles of wine. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house that is really fully equipped, a really complete kitchen. All bedrooms were spacious and cool despite the very hot days. A nice spacious bathroom. A nice garden with nice sun loungers and for us the surprise a lovely swimming pool nice and big which we really used. We definitely recommend this house.

Beautiful and large gîte, well suited for a person in a wheelchair. Kitchen with lots of equipment, large living room with three comfortable sofas, good bedding in the bedrooms, large bathroom. We particularly enjoyed the terrace and its fenced garden, to the sound of birdsong, with a vast panorama. The village is very pretty, flowery, little traffic, many walks, and thank you to the owner for her kindness and her little attentions.

The house in Sohier-Wellin was fantastic! Quiet location with a beautiful view. Very friendly owner who lives in the adjacent house which is very handy. A welcome gift immediately created a home feeling. It was a paradise for the little ones. A games room with secure gates, a secure trampoline in the garden. A recreation room for adults with a table tennis table. Despite the cold weather we had a great time. The house was neat and had all the comfort we needed. It is also wheelchair accessible with bathroom adjustments. We definitely want to go back.

Upon arrival, the owner was already waiting. The house is more beautiful than the pictures suggest. The environment is great too. Although the accommodation was on a main road, we had absolutely no hindrance. The traffic is very quiet there. On the terrace you barely heard it as once a car passed.

We received a warm welcome on a very rainy day. The landlady was super friendly and took the time to show everything and answer our questions. The refrigerator was already filled with some local products. The kitchen was well equipped with material (including kitchen apron, dishwasher blocks etc.) The entire house was clean and dust-free. We greatly enjoyed our first time holiday with Belvilla, will definitely come back here in the future!

All in a sublime word. An owner is a darling. Could speak well together in English. House is perfect I am fully wheelchair bound but the house is well adapted. View is fantastic. I struggle with our landscape even homesickness. The weather was changeable but perfect to visit the many castles and castles and caves. We had a great contact with the owner. It is quiet there but we thought that was great with our dog. A big 10.

On arrival we were warmly welcomed because we were there three years ago and still recognized us. (The reception three years ago was also very warm.) The accommodation is perfect, also for the disabled. the surroundings are also beautiful. However, this property is subject to repetition.

We had a wonderful midweek in oct16. For my mother of 81 this house was ideal, a level, a shower, no annoying barriers and spacious. The house is very well care, there is already all present herbs, firewood, toilet paper, dish soap, books, movies, etc. The price is all including electricity, firewood etc so no annoying final accounts. The fireplace was already on when we arrived, a warm welcome by Dagmar! For children there are games, a playroom with various toys, a trampoline (with safety net) in the garden and a beautiful table tennis in the attic. In the area you can walk, visit castles, the caves of Han and bv Names. All within 30-40 minutes. There is a lot of information in the cottage! Dagmar, thanks again for taking care! A holiday to look back with pleasure, am with disabilities has often been away in a electr.rolstoel, but the space here as never experienced before. The setting is gorgeous, the Ardennes, no festivities but woods and mountains, castles and caves, rivers with kayaks.
