Spacious house with nice themed rooms. The kitchen is large and very comfortable with two ovens, two hobs and two dishwashers. It was very hot outside, but cool enough in the house. Great added value is the enormous shelter in the garden, where we enjoyed the view and the company for long evenings. We were eleven adults. Owner is friendly, correct and communicative (also in Dutch). Recommended!

Beautiful holiday home. The description was right with reality! Very friendly reception by the owner with a lot of explanation. In the house all comfort is present, the kitchen is fantastic! There is enough space in the house in such a way that not everyone has to be together at all times. We have not used the outdoor space because of the cold weather, but it is certainly an added value.

Beautiful location and warm welcome and helpful people. The spacious renovated farmhouse offers enough space for 14 adults (4 of them have to sleep in a duplex room). All rooms have 2 single beds (handy if you do not only go with couples on weekends ) And a private bathroom, spacious and comfortable kitchen, dining room lounge. The large garden garden with BBQ, dining table and seating area are a plus. There is enough documentation and staff cards to start walking around. Good internet and Ample parking. A Proxi Delhaize and a Spar can be found in Houffalize (+/- 6 km).

Het huis is heerlijk en zeer geschikt voor grote groepen. Elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer met een fijne regendouche en ook het bad is veel gebruikt. De bedden liggen goed. De grote keuken met dubbele koelkast, oven, kookplaat en vaatwasser is ideaal.
Enig minpuntje is dat de slaapkamer beneden (rolstoel toegankelijk) vrij gehorig is als er nog mensen in de keuken of woonkamer zitten.
Het huis ligt behoorlijk afgelegen, in het dorpje zelf zijn geen voorzieningen, daarvoor moet je 20 minuutjes rijden.

Great house, nice that almost every bedroom has a shower and toilet. Owners live above the house. Nice area, Houffalize at 10 minutes by car. Many walking routes from Houffalize, these start at the tourist office.

A big nice house, nice appearance, friendly reception. Beautiful bedrooms with everyone's own bathroom. Large kitchen with all the trimmings. We have had a super fun weekend with 13 people, despite the bad weather.

The Belgian hostess received us enthusiastic. She speaks a pretty mouth Dutch, very handy! She proudly showed us the beautiful house. Everything refurbished by her husband, with skill. It looks top and really everything is present. That each bedroom has its own sanitary facilities is a big touch (the showers are really good!). The house is also well cleaned. The bedroom on the ground floor is suitable for wheelchair users. The terrace is covered, very spacious and has a beautiful view.

We stayed in this holiday with 13 friends. The house was very neat and is clearly still very new on the rental market there. All rooms are thematically decorated and all the plumbing is brand new and very comfortabel.De garden has no super large garden but has a huge cozy and large covered outdoor terrace including Terrace Seats, long dining table, barbecue, ... Adjacent to the garden you will find horses and some donkeys . The owner told us that he is going to offer tours from the autumn of 2016 with these horses for families with children (horse cart) .The owners are french but certainly do their best hard to speak a few words of Dutch. Very vriendelijk.Deze holiday is probably best suited in the spring / summer / autumn though it is perfectly possible to organize a winter barbecue on the covered outdoor terrace.

This charming farmhouse in Houffalize features a large terrace and a wheelchair-accessible shower and room. It is very muc suited for friends and family and you can bring a maximum of 2 pets with you. Start the day with a healthy walk through the center, which is about 8 km from the accommodation. You can get your daily groceries at the supermarket 8 km away and the nearest restaurant is also 8 km from the residence. The house has WiFi and a TV to which you can connect your laptop. There is parking for 6 cars and you can enjoy a pleasant evening on the covered terrace of 100 m². In addition, the residence has a wide range of books, comics, board games and toys for children. The friendly owners know the region well and can recommend interesting activities in the area. They will welcome you warmly in French, Dutch or English.
