The location and house were way beyond our expectations. Wonderful stay for us, the children and the grandchildren. Contacted in advance by the owner to organize the arrival as well as possible, very sympathetic and helpful person. Unfortunately, our stay was shortened by a day due to a strike at Ryanair, a shame. This house is highly recommended.

a fantastic house with everything on and on! Really meant for a large family like us with 13 persoenmen waren.Veel privacy, as each bedroom its own bathroom had.Slaapkamers otherwise suitable for 4 to 6 personen.Prachtig zwembad.en a huge location in the middle of the Tuscan countryside! Overall a picture.

The villa was impossible to find with the Belvilla address. The GPS also did not recognize the location of the house. Fortunately the owner was on hand via Whatsapp and gave us the necessary instructions to get there. Very friendly and helpful man! The house was beautiful, authentic and very large. The pool was also large and beautiful, plenty of lounge chairs. Beautiful view over the Tuscan hills.

Very nice arrival! Day in advance we received an email from the owner asking how late we wanted to arrive. Also got his mobile number there. We could come to the villa well before the indicated time of 5 pm. Very nice with small children!

It is a great villa, with plenty of space, a beautiful swimming pool, large veranda and breathtaking views. Nice rooms and bathrooms, nice that there is air conditioning in the rooms above. Spacious kitchen, dining room and sitting room.

Great place for a group retreat! The pool area was a highlight, and we spent many afternoons lounging there, The rooms were comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot days, Proximity to cultural sites was a plus for our sightseeing plans

Beautiful house in a beautiful area. We enjoyed 4 days of Tuscany with our family (13 pax and 2 kids). The house is equally difficult to find so prepare yourself well, but it is located in a quiet, beautiful area. We enjoyed the first evening of a catering dinner, ideal if you arrive tired at 19h00. We have walked, swam, the men formula 1 on sunday, a day of luca and especially enjoyed outdoor breakfasts and BBQ in the evening. You can also sit in love with everyone, in short a great place for a long family weekend. Ps we really had a lazy weather, 28 degrees so the swimming pool was a bit of a treat but by doing the warm sun !!

A great house! Cozy, cozy and spacious. Fine large veranda, ideal for outdoor dining. Large swimming pool, with sunbeds. Good location in a small village for daily groceries, larger supermarket 30 minutes drive. The only drawback is that the unpaved access road had a lot of holes and trenches, not so good for the car.

"Podere S. Giovanni is an oasis of tranquility, the old farmhouse is surrounded by the hills of Pisa and offers the opportunity to relax, take long walks, to go swimming in the lovely pool and at the same time it is really close to many cultural sites like Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano and Lucca and even Florence can be easily visited in a days' time. At approximately 30 min drive from the beach it gives you the possibility to go for the day, stay for dinner and come back to your own "harbour of tranquility" Thanks to it's simplicity and space the house is particularly suitable for families and groups of friends " The private pool is open all year Catering service can be organized on request, we suggest to inform us about one month before your stay if you would like to use this service. For our sailorguests we have the opportunity to a sailing- or motor boat with captain at 30 minutes from the house, to be organized on site. Possible trips to the Island of Elba and Capraia Island!
