We can only recommend this great holiday home. Emma is a great landlady and a lovely woman. We felt very comfortable with her and the fun factor for the children was not too short. The great garden invites you to play with the children, to play and to roam. Also the chalet is great. With a kicker, an air hockey table and two table tennis tables you have enough variety in bad weather. The poll is great, the kids did not want to go out anymore. The environment is very nice. For cyclists and hikers a great place and there is very much to discover. It was a very nice holiday and we were very sad when we had to drive again. But we are already looking forward to a new holiday with the dear Emma.Liebe greetings to Emma.

So we could ariver quietly at home. the house is very functional and well equipped. We were there for a bachelor party girl and we were able to put the music until late at night because we are a very good sound insulation. with the dependence, we've still been able to do our inner bbq because time did not allow to do without. Nothing negative to say about the house, it is clean, convenient and friendly. and the "environment is beautiful. In addition, the town of Malmedy is 15 minutes by car.

Emma was very cordial! Had a very nice weekend with friends. Extra house was very nice and also nice for a nice evening! It has to be mentioned that the landlord lives under the "main house", but you hardly have any problems with that, and not with us, because of the extra house!

But it seems blessed if the weather is good to be able to sit outside a lot We have done a BBQ and the cozy annex in the garden is heated and all eaten there. An ideal house for a large group! always help you if you have a question. Some downside no large oven, a combi / microwave is there but we have not found a grill grid so we have not been able to bake off coffee cakes.

Friendly welcome by owner with explanation about the stay. Perfect location to stay with children by large separate chalet with games and garden to romp around. Outdoor pool also appealed despite cold water. Nice location for nature walks.

Spacious house, nice hostess. Get the key from her at number 13, she lives underneath the holiday home. Materials in the kitchen are more than sufficient. There is a combination microwave, no separate oven.
This house is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking or have difficulty climbing stairs. The house is on the first floor and you reach it via one metal staircase outside the house. There are also height differences in the house, 2 steps to the living room from the terrace and 1 step to the sleeping area, and there is also a step down in the attic. Swimming pool is lovely, not heated and there are no stairs to get in and out. Dut was very difficult for me, I needed help to get out.
The environment is beautiful and there is plenty to do.

Despite the weather, I still enjoyed the Waimes. It is a very beautiful area and the house is very well located for a trip to Malmedy, Botrange, ..... beautiful walks in the area and the shops are close by.

We booked this stay because we wanted to take our dogs (white shepherd and Rhodesian Ridgeback) with us. Conditions: a fenced garden, so that they could often 'play' outside. On arrival it turned out that the garden was not fully fenced. The entrance to the house can be accessed via a fire escape. The dogs have torn several nails through the fire escape. The owner also indicated on arrival that large dogs were in principle not welcome. This accommodation is certainly not suitable for it. Furthermore, the house is wonderfully spacious and really clean. The kitchen has a lot of plates, glasses, dishes and other kitchen utensils. Everything is tidy and clean. Nothing smoezelig.De house and decor is dated. But does have quality old stuff. No 'Ikea' materials. The damp rooms clearly show signs of wear and mold growth. But the rooms are clean, you can not brush this away. The owner stays under the noisy home. You need to park right in front of the house. But on the instructions of the owner. The environment here is beautiful!
