Spend a weekend in Les Prés Verts with the whole family. The accommodation looked top notch and we were kindly received.
The area is very beautiful and around the accommodation there was also plenty to do for the children.
We would definitely recommend this accommodation!

Great house, everyone of us thought. We were 20 people. From a family. We enjoyed it very much, lots of rooms, sauna, playroom, and specially placed a Ping Pong table on request. Lots of rooms, lots of rest, multiple spaces, everything is there, it was clean, and very pleasant. Enough facilities. We were very surprised by the beautiful surroundings. We cycled a lot, which of course requires the necessary energy, but the beautiful surroundings were worth it. A number of us also walked a lot, beautiful nature and very quiet. We have also been out to eat in the neighborhood and that also went very well. In short, a great place to get some rest and enjoy the company together in a wonderful way. The house lends itself well to living outside, because there are also many wonderful chairs, tables, etc. A disadvantage was that, and the landlords, and in the area no Dutch, and often no English is spoken, a little German sometimes , so the language can be a barrier, you almost have to speak French to ask something. Furthermore, the reception was too fast, and not with those who had reserved, otherwise the WiFi is poor, often no range in the different rooms, in 2 spaces slightly better. So you have to do it partially without WiFi. But for all of us the benefits were far above the disadvantages, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The landlords were also nice, but difficult to communicate due to the language. Thanks for the facilities, and we thought it was not expensive for what you had for it, thanks for everything!

We really enjoyed our stay here, The house had everything we needed, and the surrounding nature was stunning, Perfect for hiking and exploring, It was nice to have a fitness center too, though we ended up mostly enjoying the sauna!

The house was okay. Quiet location. But we postponed it twice because of covid 19. Because the group was of different ages. You can ask a question by phone or email. You will receive a standard answer by e-mail that you do not agree with. Called several times and each time someone else on the phone and had to explain again. Had many problems with problems or postponing the trip. The owner of the house was not aware that we were not coming, while I informed Belvilla by email. communication could be much better. Every time one asks for a postponement of the trip, a sum of money is added. No one can do anything about covid 19, but pay a sum of money every time for the same house???

Lovely holiday home. Nice equipped children's playroom and outdoor play area with a small trampoline.Ondanks the worse weather still had a nice holiday.

Had a very successful weekend with friends and kids Soul Sonic. A great house, especially for the children there is much to do. Then you have also calm. Well cleaned. A minus point bad mattresses. If we again go back to find a solution for the beds.

We were 22 present. The house was certainly big enough. Upon arrival everything was shipshape, as we expected. We especially hiked but also the search in Malmedy was very pleasant. Several hours through in Puzzle Planet was mainly for the kids an enormous experience, despite the bad weather which namidag.

nice that one calf was born the second day of our stay and then a twin! super fun for the kids - children's playground and games room all the trimmings or hilly area but it was a good workout for the condition the weather was not that bad and we have a lot of fun made a winner!

We had a wonderful family weekend. There was plenty of space, privacy, large bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. The play area for the kids was really beyond expectations. What a fun toy, and had had them.

We are all (unanimously) enjoyed our stay there. What was in the other reviews, we can confirm. A very clean house, fully equipped with everything necessary. only thing downside is that you can not sit together, cozy with thirty but otherwise a great location.

the house exceeded our wildest expectations it was super clean (there is many a 5 star hotel an example to us) and it was very spacious and each had enough privacy and beds were ample inventory was indeed match the quantity of individuals who everything can stay neat and aligned with each other (not messy) and mixed use is definitely recommended!!

Our annual family weekend (30 pers.) Took place this year in Les Prés Verts. It was fantastic. A good location enzeer quiet but not isolated. A stone's throw from the center of Malmedy. We have some table with the whole family shifted to get a table (afterwards everything neatly put back). Mechanical milking of the cows was an educational experience for both large and small. Toys for children was enough present income arcade was always in use. The whole house was incredibly clean and equipped with all the necessary comforts. Recommended for family gatherings!

Very clean and well furnished house for a large group. Very well equipped kitchen including kitchenware and what eetgerief concerns. One tip we found a disadvantage: in case of bad weather, it's hard with 30 people in 1 sitting room. No space is large enough to be comfortable with the whole group samenb to eat or do other activities.

The house is recommended for larger groups. It was crystal clean and everything was present. Also had their own bathroom or shower which is definitely a plus. The hostess was very friendly. Once more we will definitely return.
