Nicely modernized house on the outskirts of the village and a short drive from Valkenburg. Super clean and fully equipped. With terrace and parking in front of the door. The environment is very beautiful and there is more than enough to do!

After a nice ride through the Limburg hilly landscape arrived at our accommodation. The reception by the two renters (sisters) was more than warm. The house was fully furnished and very clean. Dishwashers, toilet paper, trash bags were already provided and the beds made up. On the table there was a float ready for us. As far as we are concerned, a nice place to stay.

The house was beautiful and spotless. The hostess was more than friendly. The costs to be paid to the hostess were not correctly calculated by Bellvila, the tourist tax was calculated for 1 person instead of 4 and the heating costs turned out not to be for the heating alone, but this turned out to be an extra amount of â‚¬10 per day for energy costs. We thought that because we would not use heating, we would not have to pay extra costs for this. So Bellvila adjust this on your site so that tenants and landlords are not faced with unpleasant surprises.

Very warm welcome with Limburg Vlaai.Huis is not a 6 person house but a four-person house (Only four comfortable chairs, 4 seater dining table, no wifi, no proper radio / stereo) .House was neat clean.

We really enjoyed our stay in Gunnewinkel.Het farm cottage is very clean and everything is there, the location is beautiful and the reception is very vriendelijk.In the area you can really nice walking and cycling and cities like Maastricht and Aachen are close in the Neighbourhood. Overall highly recommended.

Great house for a week, as a base for hiking, cycling (there is a bike rental in Gulpen and Valkenburg) and all other activities, such as swimming in Gulpen. The cottage was very clean and the kitchen was all there, even enough pans. (This is often different is our experience.) The beds slept well. 2 minuses for growing children, there is limited room to move out at the house, there is a garden, but that is not so great. And the two houses are next to each other so if both houses are occupied at the same time you can hear sounds produced by each.

We were warmly received at the farm. Verklapten previous reviews that the "pie" is ready and it was so. We have lovely walks (including Geocache) and explore the area. At home enjoyed the good accommodation. A beautiful hefstmidweek with exceptionally good weather.

Weekend with a group of friends to Wijlre for the World Cup cycling. Great apartment, great location, spacious rooms. Inventory and facilities are complete and new. Hospitable owner. Flan was ready upon arrival. We have no negatives to discover.
