We stayed in the cottage for a week. Everything you need is available. Friendly owner. We brought the dog and you could walk in several directions from the cottage. Ideal! The cottage is located in a quiet area with a nice playground and stream for the children.

We were received by a friendly owner. There are 12 cottages and a nice playground for the children. Our daughters (8 and 11 years) have a great time with the many other children. What we liked was that the majority of the families came from the Netherlands. The houses are not large, but great for a holiday to celebrate. Everything is there. The area is beautiful and there is much to do in the area. Tips: Bruchauser Steine, Mine in Ramsbeck, Caves in Bilstein, Hennesee.

Magnificent surroundings, lack of Dutch TV channels and WiFi or 4G range is something that could be better in 2019. The cottages are spacious and you can walk well.Winterberg is nearby and it is wonderful rustig.Mooie playground and a very friendly administrator what is living next to the houses.

The location of the cottages is beautiful and the owner is nice and helpful. So far the plus points. The cottages are very minimal and cutlery and crockery are as good as exactly measured on 6 people. For glasses, only lemonade glasses, so no beer, wine, and tea glasses. A TV from the 90s, just not black and white with a small number of German channels. Even BVN does not do it. Apart from the fact that there is no Wi-Fi, the internet signal in the house is also very weak. So as far as the internet is concerned, you are as good as closed off from the outside world, which can of course also be a plus. Furthermore, the energy costs to be paid are very high, as has already been mentioned several times.

Erg onaardige ervaring gehad. De parasol op ons terras was omgewaaid. Op het hele park stonden disappearing parasols built and the van ons dus ook, weliswaar slammed... It was what stukgegaan and we had to pay 40 euros! Really not over te praten! Bovendien must ever betalen all electricity, from the cells of the boiler and the lamps...bizarre!!

Despite the disappointing cottage and the distance of the sights we still had a nice holiday, but we are not coming back in Untervalme particularly Sauerland. The cottage was suitable for 4 people, but what was with the tricks expanded to seven people, which is obviously not good work out. It was far too small and should cost for the price it was too expensive. Unfortunately, far too many extra costs there, despite everything listed nicely also it was still a shock to discover that we had to pay. Proper nasom All kinds of things to the cottage were absolutely not in order, and some of those defects could ensure decent dangerous situations, especially for situations with regard to children. Include the mixing of cold and very hot in the shower was us an eyesore, especially since the water never kept our desired temperature on the, it just did not work well, the water temperature fluctuated between very hot and cold. It looked at the photo 's wider out. Not as comfortable as hoped and only room for three people on the bench. Heating by a stone slab was mainly toward the upstairs bedroom, and we were there in the parlor nothing. Nonetheless we were allowed to pay 36 euros for heating costs after two nights. Not repeating.

Nice simple cottage (in a tiny village) for a family, also the playground for the house and the many Dutch children who were at the park during our summer vacation. Lovely quiet area, beautiful location surrounded by nature. Routes are run from the house.
