A key was handed to us on arrival and the doors were shown where the rooms were, the owner has not been inside to give some explanation. The winter garden that is called is not heated, so you should always through a cold room from the house to bedroom / shower / toilet. The living room gives a very locked up feeling like you're in a bunker, low light so you're obliged to have the lighting during the day. The pictures give the impression that you rent the lower floor, which is not the case, the spaces are hidden behind the woning.In the toilet / shower room there is no window eclipse, so the neighbors can see everything when you use it. (we have a large bath towel to hang.Verder the kitchen is not really suitable for cooking, the extractor that hangs there circulates in the same room, really everything goes to smell food. The second day the kettle went wrong, after reporting there we have nothing heard more from the owner. The owner can not be reached by phone, we have a whole day without hot water, so we had to call late in the evening when the owner came home. The environment is just beautiful, it is a great walking paradise.

The Harz is a beautiful area for people who love walking or cycling sports. We have walked a lot with our dogs. For all the Heinrich Heine Road is a must. You will go along the Ilse to the Brocken.

We have had a wonderful holiday week in the cozy house with witches. Our dogs were welcomed back like three and a half years ago when we were there during the new year. Very nice to have now been in the summer. The setting is beautiful and we absolutely love Ilsenburg.

Beautiful, quiet location, close to the forest, yet fast in the center for a bite to eat or groceries. Everything was neatly groomed, you needed was present. The mattress needs an attentional moment.

The apartment was very clean, quiet, tidy and comfortably furnished. For daily needs, just everything was available (pots, dishes, kettle, coffee maker, radio, TV etc. There is really nothing missing. Even cosmetics such as hand soap, shampoo and shower were available including hand and bath towels. Stood to welcome an champagne bottle ready., so we were completely satisfied and would recommend without hesitation woman Bollmann as landlord.

"It was great fun. Welcoming reception. Good location (nice and quiet), near the center. Good beds and good inventory. We really enjoyed the peace. Especially a beautiful winter garden / courtyard with beautiful glass ceiling. Highly recommended for people who love peace and quiet. Moreover a very complete inventory in the kitchen.
