Magnifique Maison lives up to its name! We are now staying in this wonderful house for the third time ... and we call it our piece of Paradise. it's fantastic! The peace, space and the cozy beautiful house... our dogs also enjoy it here.
The owners Mr and Mrs Carrier are such sweethearts! Welcome you with various vegetables from their own garden, fresh eggs from their chickens and a bottle of wine...

A very charming restored farmhouse, very smart. The cottage also had an extra house where children could only play to their heart. A very pleasant reception with a nice surprise from the garden of the owner. A huge recommendation!

Arrival with friendly welcome by the almost whole family, fresh flowers, vegetables from our own garden and a nice bottle of wine and fruit juice so I can not believe that better. The accommodation is spacious with plenty of storage space, the finish may be better and I am sorry to find beautiful new kitchen but the cabinet doors are not neatly put the oven is not neatly built, that is not good for the life of the beautiful kitchen and the sink may be slightly higher, the electricity must be checked for regular checking. It was probably the reason why I was looking for the fact that I had a lot of bad luck with the weather and it was cold and I had to set up all the heating to to be able to warm me up In addition, you have a garden that is endless and fantastic for my 2 dogs who have had the time of their lives to explore and guard their domain. In the evening there are rays in the plain to eat the forests around are blessed to walking you get few people with many birds, straws, sheep with guard, ... The immediate surroundings are also great for walking and visiting churches and the like. We had a lovely time here! The charm of the old stone walls paired with modern amenities was delightful, It was a bit cold during our stay, but the fireplace kept us warm, We also enjoyed some nearby hikes and even a swim at the lakes, Definitely a place to consider for a peaceful retreat in the countryside!

House from 1663. 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. 1 bedroom with good linen closet. 1 bedroom with a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Beds not made on arrival. 8 euros pp for bed linen. Bathroom with sink, toilet and 80 x 80 cm shower. Kitchen with large oven and gas stove. Washing machine and dishwasher. Kitchen supplies available. Small dining area in kitchen. Living room with dining area. sideboard. A 2.5 seater sofa and 1 armchair. Very saggy. 1 small chair. Large fireplace. Wood available. In large closet a TV and DVD player. No Dutch channel. Radio present. BBQ outside. However, no barbecue tongs or anything like that. Front and rear outside a seat with table and plastic bucket seats. 2 good sunbeds. In his side shed there were still 4 sunbeds, but they looked dirty and shabby. Lots of cobwebs in the house. i.a. in the bedroom and under the kitchen chairs. Doors cannot be locked. Just the front door. Others are closed with shutters, but these are not well maintained so are easy to open. Located on large spacious grounds. But very remote. Car definitely necessary.

Upon arrival we were enthusiastically welcomed by the owner and her husband. We were spoiled for wine and a regional pie. Good practical information helped us to get home quickly and lose time in groceries. Beautiful surroundings for rest seekers and for nature lovers. Yes, the cities (Cahor, Sarlat ...) are a little further but really worth it. Great accommodation, unfortunate that the oven did not work anymore but the owner immediately got a new electric oven. They are very willing. Had a nice holiday. For Wi-Fi or internet connection you must go to Villefranche.

We have already received very welcoming on arrival by the owners, who had taken care of flowers, a bottle of wine and several homegrown vegetables. What we enjoyed this wonderful house, a beautiful farmhouse in the middle of nature, and the views, space and tranquility! The area is perfect for making (long) walks. We had lots of fun taking part of the Octopus Travel map of the area. In short: an ideal place!

It is a fan-tas-tic! It is very secluded, with lots of "own" land (grassland, forest) surrounding it. The house itself is attractively furnished, spacious and equipped with all modern comforts, including a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave and a large electric stove. In accessible distance Amongst others, the medieval Gourdon, Sarlat and Cahors. An absolute must for those seeking tranquility!

Nice time in this beautiful house with nice atmosphere! Former farmhouse with lots of space inside and around the house. Perfect for kids. Overlooking a large lawn, behind a forest. You can spend the day soaking up the sun. Nearest other houses on 1 or 2 kilometers, you see, and no one hears so much privacy but also alone. Comfortable house and equipped. Top kitchen, great douce, spacious living room with fireplace, bed was a bit hard.
