An excellent apartment and a nice base for the region. An ice cream in St Blasien must be on the todo list. Claudio is also the owner of an ice cream parlor there. Nice apartment in an old farmhouse. Friendly reception! Apartment is simply, but comfortably furnished. Next to the apartment is a large space inside, which you can also use. Very atmospheric. A lovely place to unwind! The decor was modern yet cozy, and we appreciated the cleanliness, While we didn’t spend much time indoors, we did enjoy the bright atmosphere and the fireplace in the evenings, Just a short drive to the ski lifts, which made it convenient for our winter getaway, Would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape

Catered decorated apartment with good, all beds made on arrival. Many used the lovely conservatory with football table and garden. Owner is very welcoming, we immediately invited for a sundae in her ice cream parlor in St. Blasien and was easily accessible for questions.

Smudgy white covers on the sofas and chairs and tables, so clean impression, (sheets / covers were clean!) But they were obviously quick dirty kitchen smelled terribly stale, especially if you were a la opentrok.Maar good, price nor hoog.Maar the location is quite nice, also near a small lake in the forest, which is nice for the evening as heeeerlijk to zwemmen.Kon never see the owners after the first encounter in the days to follow once to ask something.

Delicious Christmas week had in das Altes Forsthaus. Owners Gabi and Claudio have a small but very "gemütlich" cottage for family four people. The kitchen equipment is lean, but if you own some things like sharp knife or slicer takes is not a problem. The rest of the house is fine. Shower through large boiler, electric heating, thick duvets on the beds, little living room with small dining table. The surroundings are beautiful. For groceries, restaurants, fuel or a coffee Sankt Blasien only a few kilometers away. The best coffee there (from Italy imported beans!) Drink you at Claudio 's Eisbar, indeed the owners of the cottage. Delicious home knitted ice also the originally Italian Claudio. "Winter serve Gabi and he also homemade mulled wine and soup anyway. Off road riding with a group of 6 people in the Spanish Pyrenees, with a resting point this amazing home! The only disadvantage is that the owner only speaks French! And the way to the swimming pool, 400 meters, is quite spicy! Furthermore, a super house, great week had here !!!

At first sight, the apartment is great, and this is true but two reasonable comments everything was neat but the kitchen totally. hood was really dirty because there is no filter worthwhile endeavor and came down so when cooking drippings. bowls were still some dirt course, the previous tenants themselves clean leave but ultimately it is also the owner to check this / yet to make, clean ... this you still pay 25 euro final cleaning. the rest was clean bathrooms and living rooms were in order. and beautiful large private veranda just for yourself. and and garden, home also very quiet and still disturbing something out of 7 nights, the owners came three nights around 1 o'clock "home at night and it was quite noisy and sometimes 30 minutes this was also due to the wooden floor / ceiling but do anyway as the owner your shoes and be quieter. personally I do that when I come home at night. We had a nice stay! The house was spacious, light, bright and pleasant. We could also use the veranda and garden. The owners respected our privacy, but gave info like if we asked. There is no internet (I had chosen wrong), but in their "Eiscafe" in Sankt Blasien I could always go; very attentive on the anniversary of Paul! Good starting point for all excursions in the southern Black Forest. We also visited Schaffhausen in Switzerland. For a first meeting was a real windfall, especially the miraculous nature is beautiful ...

July 2011 Very hospitable and friendly owners, a beautiful house with good facilities including BVN TV (Dutch broadcaster) the house is a good base for resting culture enthusiasts, but also for families with children. Large conservatory with table football and games for children. We are family with 2 children aged 13 and 17 have given us at that time despite the bad weather 2 weeks great time. The Black Forest is in fact from this house in many ways to live well. Highly recommended. Our last evening by the owners invited to a barbecue at the campfire. Highly recommended this property. Fam. Nice and relaxing holiday. The location was ideal for us with the dog. The house is very quiet and you can start walking the same. The owners were just great, have surprised us with a small basket of fruit and a voucher for a sundae!

Very friendly people and a good house with all facililities. Very nice area for hiking in summer and skiing and cross country skiing in the winter. Well recommended to "winter snow chains with you. Winter is obvious.
