For a great family just right! A double room is a bit more difficult to reach as the staircase is very steep. But for a young couple in love just the right thing. We have simply converted it a bit 😉 great large garden to the rage and even with grill. Two huge dining tables (one in there outside) as each place has found. Everything was clean and well maintained. Nice contact with landlord. Gladly again!

The house was equipped with everything you need. We had a very nice time and would like to thank our two Labradors for the trust. Very nice guests. The environment is beautiful. Surrounded by beautiful houses, shops for everyday use and a beautiful environment, with woods and dunes. By car about 8 minutes to the beautiful nature reserve area with a beautiful large lake where dogs can walk freely, about 20 minutes to Alkmaar in the beautiful cheese town. We would have liked to stay longer, a week was too short.

We were before 1600 clock at the house and could take over the keys. The two women were very friendly and showed us the whole house. The house was very clean and we had a very nice stay. We were in Groet and surroundings very well filled. The Dutch were very friendly and helpful.

Overall, the villa met our expectations, It was spacious and had a nice layout, which worked well for our two families, The location is quite peaceful, and we enjoyed our walks to the nearby Schoorlse Duinen, The kids loved playing in the garden, Just a note—bring your own coffee if you're a fan of good brews since the coffee provided was a bit basic, But the experience was enjoyable, and we'd consider returning

When we arrived we were already expected. The house is very nice, except that a room above the garage (the room was good) only a very steep and hinged ladder (as for an attic) was reached, you could not see the description of the house. The place Groet is very small and beautiful and centrally located. You can walk to the beach, about half an hour.

The reception was very enjoyable and open. It was and is a beautiful house which is very spacious and equipped with all comforts. The garden is lovely with a terrace with a beautiful big table with garden chairs and also a lounge set which puts wind down and even lovely sun loungers.We enjoyed it here and also had a week of excellent weather. Definitely recommended.

The villa is very well furnished. Everything was available what you need to cook yourself. The handover of the keys went smoothly. We were even able to arrive 2 hours earlier. Everything was clean. Only the garden furniture is a bit old and could be replaced. If you are traveling with 6 adults, you have to know that the 3 double rooms can only be reached via a staircase. Certainly not a problem for younger couples. The villa is ideally located, everything is within walking distance, bakery, supermarket, restaurants and of course the wonderful dune park to the beach. Communication with belvilla via email was problem-free and processed very quickly. The house is ideal for 4 adults with children, as it offers a lot of space and also has a very large garden. The beautiful surroundings with the charming towns of Bergen, Aalkmar and Egmont have great excursion destinations. Another stay, gladly again.

Arrival and welcome were good and friendly the house is spacious and comfortably and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is well stocked. However, the final cleaning does not always seem to work - pots not quite clean, tufts in the floor drain of the guest toilet etc .. The designated second bathroom turned out to be a toilet with sink and central shower with shower curtain and floor drain (similar RV) .Groet is well suited for a holiday with outdoor activities such as cycling, hiking and beach walks. The diverse dune landscape is just outside the door, the beaches in Kamperduin and Hargen aan Zee can be reached on foot in less than an hour. Schoorl and Bergen, the next larger towns with many shopping and dining opportunities, are within easy reach. Groet itself offers shopping for daily needs and several restaurants.

Short and sweet: Everything is good. The house matches the description and the key handover, etc., worked well too. The location is good for trips in North Holland. A few remarks: - The equipment is basically top-notch, the kitchen has everything you could need. The room layout was also good for us with the four rooms upstairs (family with 3 children, ages 13, 10, and 10). - The garden has beautiful flower and vegetable beds and a view of other gardens, plenty of space to hang out. That's nice. - The house and furnishings are well-maintained, but here and there they are a bit dated. - The beds/mattresses were very soft. - We then had to deal with mosquitoes, meaning you have to be careful when airing out the place or just not have windows open with the lights on. Possibly, fly screens would be good for that. - The street in front of the house is quite busy, as it runs along the coast and to the beaches. At night, it's not an issue, as there isn't much traffic. We would come back. But there are so many beautiful places in the world...

We had a wonderful week in this holiday home. Especially the large garden is a plus. And we spent many hours there. Above the garage a bedroom with a double bed, which you could climb to via a narrow pull ladder. That was quite scary at times, because if you didn't stand on it quite right, the stairs would collapse a bit. But by the end of the week we had got the hang of it. We look forward to coming again next year!

We had a wonderful week in Groet. The Fancy house is a spacious house with 5 bedrooms. Everything is sufficiently available in the kitchen. Use of washing machine and dryer is possible. The garden is wonderfully spacious. A few important points for improvement are: the beds and the sofas / armchairs are in serious need of replacement. The mattresses have a deep recess and the sofas / armchairs are also no longer comfortable because they are very sagging and worn. Several sun loungers in the garden are also broken. Replacing these items with good, solid items would be a huge improvement. The price / quality ratio would also be a bit more up to par. It is also something that can be expected at such a holiday home. The reception by the hostess was friendly and good. She can also always be reached if necessary. That's nice.

Beautiful but dated country house, lots of grass around, great for your pet! Have been sitting outside on the lounge set, could park 4 cars at the Heereweg on its own property. The main road runs along the front of the house, we were in the curfew time, so happily quiet after 10:00 pm in the evening. Sleep well! Lots of birds on / and in the roof, which were busy early in the morning, we like that! A pity that the interior is so ragged, everything has sagged and dust is broken, tiled floor very damaged The chairs around the long dining table are garden chairs made of plastic, the legs stick out, often almost someone fell through the protruding legs! Kitchen was okay, only the kitchen cabinets are way too high, you need stairs. If you did not look out, you hit your head at the points of the high cabinets There was no large teapot, we were 8 people, who like a cup of tea drink, have reported this, a pity that this was not resolved on the spot (now had to do many cups with tea bag) Washing machine and dryer fine, on the 1st floor small but excellent shower and bath, really functional! and yet we enjoyed it super, s " evening fireplace, drink with it GREAT! We think that because of the CORONA happening everything has been neglected! If it is refurbished we will definitely go again !!

We were welcomed by two ladies. The surrender was only showing the rooms. The bedroom with the double bed in the attic of the garage was shown only on request, since it was assumed that the other rooms are sufficient. However, the first impression of the house was still good, especially the nice large piece of land for the children and the dog.

Accommodation looked neat at first glance, but in terms of hygiene we encountered more and more details that were less (eg old dirty sock, cut nails, old slipper and lots of dust under the banks, etc.) House is very personal, everywhere photos and paintings by owner. We did not feel like sitting in a holiday home. Including bath linen that is not true. We got 2 towels per person for a whole week, which I do not mention. They could not change anything about this. House is on a busy street. Very noisy. Beds not super, sofas and chairs completely collapsed. Garden was super big, dogs loved it. The garden is not completely closed.Omgeving top, lots to do both with rain and dry weer.We absolutely go back to this environment, but another accommodation.

As a summer home for rental I found it to be personal with all those pictures "s on the wall and a painting of the owner. That did not bother me really. Not everyone is waiting for it. Beautiful, spacious and well-equipped house with large garden. Well suited for large family. Shops (supermarket, bakery, butcher) close. Beach on foot (30 min), by bike (10 minutes), by car (5 min) achievable. In the situation we have nevertheless made deductions for the daytime busy street in front of the house.
