Très jolie villa, cadre bucolique et reposant. En séjour avec des enfants porteurs d"un handicap moteur (chaise roulante)., les espaces sont adaptés et l"infrastructure est réellement pensée pour les PMR.
Là villa était dans un état impeccable.

The house reflected the expectations; however when we arrived it was so cold that it took one full day to heat it up, so we suggest to ask the owner to pre-heat it to avoid a very unconfortable half of the stay. Everything else great and the owner very kind and helpful.

At first the stay made a nice and good impression. Despite the fairly high cleaning costs, room 109 was not clean and photos of this were shown to the owner. The shower water for this room was not hot for these 3 days, despite the high energy costs, gas, water, and electricity (bill afterwards) for these 3 days (after 2 minutes a cold jet). There was also a dominant sewage smell in the bathroom of room 109. Together these are 3 points for 1 room. We indicated these points to the owner on departure. The owner indicated that we We have indicated that in view of the high rental costs, the tenant may expect that the owner should and should have signaled this himself. Tenants may expect that everything functions properly, is in good condition and that there is some comfort present in should be in proportion to the (high) rent.The starting point for landlords should be that in the first instance there should be no annoying observations, irritations, discussions, etc. should take place on arrival or during the stay. I had this midweek organized for my brother and sister, both of which are due to a muscle in a wheelchair. The spacious house was perfect for a nice midweek for my brother and sister. Good sleeping shower facilities for the disabled. We as able-bodied siblings have had a great week. The house was tidy, spacious and solid. Good beds in bedrooms each with a private shower. The owner was very friendly and obliging. There is an elevator in the house, but he refused quite often. The owner was upset here enormously and would inform the supplier asap bijhalen. Shine however we found expensive. € 170.00 for, in our case, five bedrooms - living room and keuken.Borg of € 900.00 too much on the high side.The only downside (if you call it a minus Mag) The TV did not work and what channel package should work, was very sumier. (3 beautiful football be missing, what the ladies however they were not that bad) Overall, a great house, but not really cheap.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The house was very large, ample seating areas and not noisy. Beds fine, just a lot of mosquitoes in the room. So keep window closed. The downstairs bedrooms were on the ceilings black damp patches, it was less. Another thing was the water in the rain shower insufficient ran away and the space in no time was blank.

We have recently returned from Ferme d 'made Amel use for a friends weekend.'s Spacious and very well equipped house is excellent like us! With 17 adults had all set their own bedroom with fine beds and good sanitation. The large kitchen with good equipment and ample crockery, cutlery, pans, etc. suited us very well. Some people have also used the lovely relaxation area with sauna and hammam use. We had no children, but would have also entertained in great playroom and playground. This home is a must, with a nice, helpful owner. The house is secluded, walkers and cyclists can do their thing in the beautiful rolling and green environment. Visiting Monschau is a must, very beautiful town about 20 minutes drive. With a group it is very nice to be there with a guide. walk-tasting We will definitely come back here.

Nevertheless, completely filled house (26 people) we had a fantastic weekend in this very spacious, modern and stylish furnished house. The dining room had plenty of space for the whole group and also in the gastro-K ࿌ he read to prepare the food easily. We (15E +3 K, 2-80Years, 2 dogs) had a very nice family Easter holiday 2013. The house is spacious and contemporary in design is for a large group. Including accessibility for multiple rooms each with bathrooms is positive. The individual areas such as active range (dd / Billiards / kicker) or relaxation (sauna / steam) or Housing / stay / cooking are spatially well separated. The house is quietly located in the countryside with lots of fresh country air. The notice of the owner at the start of the holiday on the size of the object and the (additional) costs for heating / DHW, etc. was correct, despite the onset of winter was something left over from the deposit

Very nice house, very well maintained and clean. The owner did come regularly walk in, which we have not always experienced as pleasant. He did not ask whether appropriate or so just sat down. He was very helpful, it must be said. The washer and dryer are to be replaced. This we have also reported on departure.

We had a very nice stay at Ferme de Amel. Very spacious house well finished and equipped with every comfort. Friendly welcome by helpful owner. Also around the house a lot of space for outdoor seating. The house is beautifully situated on a hilltop this view.

Best equipped cottage in the countryside with a nice landlord, who shows understanding even after a party. Here you can not only relax, but also celebrate times really great (if the windows are closed). The rooms are very cozy and very well equipped, many accommodation options. The center of the house of the great dining room is a cozy and modern atmosphere. Each room has a private bathroom. Overall very clean, the bathrooms are as described. This home is highly recommended, we will be back! After 10 years of experience, we have found Belvilla optimum home. The only drawback: For shopping or strolling there is nothing in the immediate area!

A super huis.Wij have a week's holiday celebrated by all children and partners who have been out the door, it was lovely to see the whole set back a week together to have super. Relax and unwind at this 8-bedroom cottage in Möderscheid with your extended family and friends, a total of 26 people. The cottage has an infrared sauna and a Turkish steam bath for an unforgettable experience.
The village of Amel Möderscheid is a quiet spot in the Waimes region, close to Stavelot. At 4 km, you have restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife pubs to enjoy the local environment. You will find the lively town centre and the beautiful lake at 5 km, perfect for spending time in the evenings. There are also plenty of cycling routes in the vicinity and at 5 km, you can play paintball.
This cottage has central heating. When you sit together, you can light the fireplace in the living room. You can collect on the private terrace to enjoy barbecued meals with wine. Later, go for walks in the garden or sit outside in the fresh air. Enjoy playing table tennis, table football and billiards in the recreation room. A playground for children and parking is available.
We now have an 11kW charging station for cars at the cottage. This is activated using a badge provided on site and charging is billed with the general electricity consumption.
