The owners are very willing to answer questions in advance. Reception very hospitable. Good tour, and if there are questions they were accessible. With 29 people booked, all rooms have private bathrooms, rooms clean and spacious. Spacious living room, with enough space for everyone, nice bar, two spacious dining rooms. Beautiful wooded area for walks and possibly skiing. Furthermore, plenty to do in Winterberg or Willingen, which can be reached by bike or car. Highly recommended for family or group of friends. By spacious design, you're not on each other's lip, and if you want you can look up your own space, so you can have a nice time together!

We had an awesome time at this charming holiday home! The terrace was perfect for our brunches, and we loved how close it was to the forest, It was really nice to chill at night by the fireplace after a long day of skiing, The place was clean and had everything we needed, but WiFi was a bit slow, Still, would totally come back with friends!

Really nice stay. Cozy and clean house, equipped with everything. friendly welcome, beautiful location. Beautiful view in the valley. We were 27 people and enough space. Nice bar! A note. Because of a blockage under the kitchen we had a considerable flood with feces and already in the toilets downstairs and a dirty air in the kitchen. After a phone call with the owner, it turned out that for the time being nobody was going to look at the problem and we were advised not to use the toilets anymore and to keep the door closed and leave it that way. We were not happy with that, certainly not because of the stench! With the group we finally solved it ourselves (because of the bad smell) by cleaning the toilet area with garbage bag around the legs and flushing the toilets. No cool job! Fortunately, the air disappeared in the kitchen. We did not find the first response from the owner positive that it had never happened before. Upon departure, one and another passed on, that the problem was solved, to the owner and she was happy with it. A gesture from her side would have been by the wood for the fireplace and charcoal for the bbq not to settle with the deposit -). Further super nice there.

The country house is beautiful! We had there with 40 people enough space for great 3 days to spend! Unfortunately, the heating was broken, but Erik (very nice landlord) has given his best. The technician came -trotz weekend- Saturday night immediately! We then simply heated the lounge with the fireplace. We will be back.

We are looking forward to a very successful Ascension weekend. We were very warmly and personally hosted by hostess and host. That's always a good start. The tour was short and efficient. Fine! The house fully fulfilled the expectations and the location is simply beautiful. Thanks to the beautiful weather we could enjoy the large terrace, the good bbq and the beautiful view in the dallet. The stream was a result for the children, a magnificent dam was built. Ideally the rooms each have a good bathroom! The kitchen is well equipped for a large group. Plenty of crockery and cutlery. We did not miss anything. Unfortunately, the house has already been booked for next year, but that year we will definitely be back because a better house, we do not think we can find. Environment The summer toboggan run is highly recommended! Also very convenient is that all possible stores are nearby. In short, a family reunion or different group meeting for several days!

We have seen with 40 people from 3 generations a very successful family reunion in wonderfully suitable house in Winterberg. The house is even more beautiful than it promise the photos. Especially the bright dining area, the kitchen equipment, the rooms division, the many ways to sit together in small groups and the outdoor area with the stunningly beautiful scenic area has all of us very much. Kudos to the lovely owners who operate their house very lovingly and with passion. The only drawback some mattresses were not very bad back. We can highly recommend the house special for large groups.

We have used this property with two toddlers, three children, one thirteen year old and 26 adults. 20 rooms and 20 bathrooms, so luxury we have not even hit 10 years of family-Easter. Everything was perfect and spotless. Everything has been thought. Recommended!
