We had an incredible stay at this property in Dubrovnik! Highly recommended!The cleanliness was impeccable, and the location couldn',t have been better - just a short walk to wonderful restaurants and the beautiful beach, The owners were exceptionally kind and hospitable, making our holiday even more enjoyable, Highly recommended!

We rented the 1 bedroom apartment and it was perfect for our family of 2 adults + 2 kids, The AC worked beautifully for the hot days! We could easily walk to the beach and the cafes and restaurants within 10 minutes We took an Uber to Old Town and it cost €6, There is also a private parking spot in front of the guest house,\nThe owners don',t speak English, but they are SO sweet Leo, their grandson was the one we communicated with and his English was perfect, I would definitely stay here again!

Everywhere appereared clean,we only used the toilet and the bed,The doublé bed had crisp White sheets!As we were there only one night our revision is based on first impresions- Apart from the hills,which we found difficult in all of Dubrovnik the location was close to a good bakery and bar for breakfast

Lovely room with a nice balcony near Lapad beach and bus stop (6) to the old town, There are a shared kitchen and bathroom (with washing machine), very clean, The hosts are very nice and helpful, and the situation is perfect!

This place is lovely the beds are comfortable and so we all slept really well! The aircon works perfectly, The wifi was good, There is a beach in walking distance and its close to old town, We have a car so getting around was no problem and theres parking,

jeremija and jela are very kind persons, although they don't speak english, their desire to communicate makes everything goes smoothly:) they also have a young grandson who can help around,
value for money is excellent,
located couple of minutes from the bus stop where buses to old town stop, many shops and bars and I also noticed a lot of tourists around, it might be a bit steep for people with walking difficulties/conditions/not in a good shape, but was really ok for me, and I only went up and down once or twice a day,
a beautiful walking path starts from there (lapad roundabout) and goes around lapad peninsula, with amazing view,

Overall, a very pleasant stay, All as advertised,
Parking is for two cars out of which one needs to block the other one, In 2 days we had no problems being unblocked/unblocking but I can see how sometimes this may be a bit inconvenient,

The owners could not have been more helpful, On the first evening, I was taken ill with a particularly virulent stomach-bug which meant the bathroom needed extensive cleaning, The owners and his(?) mother who lives next door insisted on doing the job and their only concern was for my well-being, On the second evening the external temperature dropped rapidly and, without being asked, we were offered additional bedding so as to keep us comfortable,
The room, shared kitchen and bathroom were all spotless, Our room had a refrigerator in which to keep our perishable goods, The bed was very comfortable,
As there were no other residents whilst we were there, we had no problems with trying to use the shared facilities but we thought there could need to be complex negotiations over the use of the bathroom and kitchen - which has a small table seating only two - if there were more residents,
The location is on a steep hillside and, perhaps, not best suited to the elderly, It's about fifteen minutes walk (for us) from the Lapad Post Office bus stop, supermarket and restaurants,

Highly recommended!The hosts were very sweet people, greeted us well and showed us the apartment, The couple were quite old and could not speak english but it was not needed as their actions were more than enough, My 6 year old daughter got chocolates and hugs from them! Comfortable place to stay in Dubrovnik, Good bed, well equipped kitchen if you want to make your own food, Hosts are a friendly elderly couple, Bus 6 takes 15 minutes to old time and is only 5 minutes walk, But you need to be in good condition, the accommodation is on top if a steep hill, Owners don't speak English but have their grandson to assist,
