Lovely characteristic old house, in a quiet wooded area. House is fully equipped and feels warm. Most of the interior is antique and anything but new, however everything works and thus makes it an ideal place to stay with a group.

The house has the atmosphere as if you are visiting grandmother. Old-fashioned, but cozy. We have had a great time. The beds are comfortable and there are enough bathrooms. The kitchen is a bit tight if you are busy with several people but that is not bad. The house is fully equipped. Furthermore, the view and the private forest of the house is very nice!

Everything is well arranged, check-in and check-out and times are great! The interior is perhaps a bit old (honest) but so very atmospheric. The forest, the tennis court, the goals and a large campfire place make the area and the stay truly fantastic. The weather has to sit a bit, because inside it's just cramped for 12 people, you'll spend the most of your time outdoors.

A nice house in a beautiful location. It is an old-fashioned house with old-fashioned furniture, you have to love that. We immediately felt at home. It is not visible in the photos, but all beds have new, fine mattresses. Slept wonderfully! The kitchen also looks old-fashioned, but has everything you need: a good oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, even a toaster !! Plus points are the large fireplace and that you can walk straight out of the house into the woods.We had a fantastic time and will definitely go back.

We enjoyed the location. Great place, only interior a bit dated. Nowadays there are 3 comfortable 2 person box-spring beds. Together with a good double bed, fine for 4x2 people. The other beds are more for children. The attic is not very suitable for tall people. In the living room there is a table for 8 people, which can be done with 10, but then it stops. The kitchen with good quality white goods. Sufficient kitchen materials, but otherwise dated. The outdoor space is great, you have to go here for that! Excellent outdoor chairs and tables. Behind the house an open space in the forest where all kinds of activities can take place. A nice place for a campfire and a nice tennis court. There are also plenty of rackets etc available. In the shed some bicycles, a large go-kart and tennis table (not used by all of us). In short, we enjoyed sports and games here, despite the bad weather and would like to come back again.

Beautiful location, you can walk straight into the forest. The private tennis court, sauna and fireplace make it complete., Fine, simple house and fully furnished. It was not clear to us beforehand that you go through a bedroom to the 2nd bathroom and one of the extra sleeping areas.

Nice nostalgic dated home with everything on it. Recommended for people who love this. Beautiful totally free environment. Only the price of the cleaning (75 euros) that had to be paid at the start is much too high for what has been done.

The house is very nice and situated on the edge. The house is spacious and cozy with a few large, comfortable sofas around the fireplace. The house is equipped with everything you need. Enough bedrooms to let anyone sleep peacefully. 3 bathrooms one run each other's way. The setting is really beautiful and requires exploration.

No one was present on arrival, no keys. Many insects in the cottage. No fireplace wood present. Halfway through the stay glass fiber had to be connected. This was a violation of our privacy. We were happy with the good beds.

The house is beautifully situated on the edge of the forest. What a peaceful environment! The property is somewhat dated but consequently snug. There is plenty of space and you may well stay with 10 to 12 people. With so many people, the kitchen is on the small side but on the other hand, that should not spoil the fun.

With our family (8 adults + 2 children) spent a weekend in the house. The living room is spacious and pleasantly furnished. Much use of the fireplace, because the heating was out. Called the SOS emergency service from Belvilla and a few hours later it was resolved. the rest of the house is spacious, but old-fashioned (has its charm). There is everything available.The space around the house is great! you're against the forest !! Trampoline, go-kart, tennis court, swings on various trees, place to light a fire ... Wonderful

A forest as a backyard with lots of space and privacy is very nice. The cottage looks fine on the outside. With the key handover it was already indicated that the device is dated. We find the bedrooms and kitchen poorly maintained and lived out. That is something else.

Read the reviews carefully before booking here. The beds are an important update: there are now 4 box-spring beds. We slept well on it. Pros: bizarre privacy, in the middle of a forest, private tennis court, possibility to make a fire, nice environment for cycling. Points for improvement: already mentioned in many reviews. House is outdated. 12 adults would not be nice. We were 6, this was doable: no problems with each other when sleeping. With more people you would be bothered by very thin bedroom partition. On the top floor there are 6 sleeping places (1x2 box spring, 4x single beds), however you have to go through the bedroom with box spring to get to the other bedrooms. there are also too few garden chairs and covers for more than 6 people. In short, doable with 6 people. Above that number of people, think again. You book this house for its location, not necessarily for what the house itself has to offer.

The environment directly around the house is a very nice walking area. No car needed for a forest walk. The tennis court is a plus with accompanying missiles. The plastic 'white' outdoor dining table can use a high-pressure sprayer. Two banks had broken bars on which you could open your legs / pants. The garden cushions were dirty / smudgy.

House not suitable for 12 pers. Even though there are 12 sleeping places. Dated is not bad, but poorly maintained. Ex. Outer bench of slats, a lath broken but the pieces just let sit which bank is not usable. Different cobwebs in sleeping quarters. A few signs are not really clean in the closet. But on arrival, you will have to pay â‚¬ 75 cleaning costs. And where was it written that this would come on top of the price. The available bikes were with empty tires. Positive plumbing is good, most beds reasonable to good, tennis court and trampoline is fun ... in short, the impression without maintenance as much money as possible. Not pretty
