A wonderful opportunity to visit with a family. We have been with our 6 grandchildren. The house is practically furnished. Everything needed is there. And in good condition. And it is also cozy. As far as noise is concerned, there is no insulation. But with a homogeneous group that is not a problem. We had a really good time.

We arrived that it was already dark, we did not know how to evaluate directly our entourage, we thought in the early morning to be even more isolated than what is really the chalet (we are not disappointed so far). no contact person is friendly and the one met is just as much.The cottage is very spacious, clean and pleasant, very warm in the winter with its pellet stove !!!!! We had a nice weekend.

The accommodation is top and has everything included! Inside there was a table kicker, table tennis table and a sauna for the pleasure. The outside area was great and was used by our children much and provided for enthusiasm. The hotel management was only French (little German and English), but was very friendly and very eager to answer our questions and gave us some more Shopping tips and more :-) Dankeschön at this point! :-) The only downside: room doors not lockable! Toilet and shower, but already! ;-)

A very nice stay in a very nice house! The kitchen was well equipped and the setting is very nice. The only point was that the power occasionally went out when the sauna was on, but otherwise that was no big problem!

We have been with friends for a long weekend. The house was absolutely great. Very spacious and large communal areas. All facilities were well arranged. There was also plenty to do in the region. We went mountain biking and paintballing. Both activities were very successful. All in all a top weekend in a top stay!

De vakantiewoning is mooi gelegen, vlakbij de hoge Venen, met veel wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt.
De woning zelf beschikt over een grote tafel en een gezellig salon. De keuken heeft twee gasvuren en een grote en kleine koelkast, maar het servies (borden) was maar net voldoende voor één maaltijd. De slaapgelegenheden waren erg basic en er was geen enkele geluidsisolatie (schuifdeuren die amper afsloten). Op de eerste verdieping kraken de houten vloeren enorm en er bovendien geen verwarming, ook niet in de badkamers.
De speelkamer met pingpongtafel en voetbaltafel viel wel erg in de smaak.

Beautiful cottage. Another Christmas in the Ardennes celebrated with the family. The kids missed the 4g or wifi but the ping pong table and football table made up for it. The house is spacious and cozy. The rooms are fine. Beautiful walking environment. Was a successful Christmas with this house.

Very quietly located chalet with spacious living room / lounge and well-equipped kitchen. Especially the 2 stoves come in handy to cook for a larger group. Some minor downsides: no kettle (was just broken) and little to no shelves in both fridges. The rooms are minimalistic (especially few sockets), but the beds do have comfortable mattresses. There is plenty to do for the children in the playroom or in the tuin.We regret that the garden is not fenced, but luckily our puppy was still too young to explore.We also enjoyed the covered terrace and the BBQ with this warm summer weather.

homeowner had left the house open, so that was easy. House was slightly nicer than expected, and spacious enough for 16 (we were 13). Spacious kitchen, 2 x gas stove, 2 fridges. Very nice long dining table for 16 people made it cozy to dine, and due to the nice weather we could easily reach the picnic benches and the chairs on the ramps through the sliding doors. Large garden with lawn completed the picture. The house is noisy, but I expected a few worse from some reviews. With our group of adults and large children we had no major problems with that. Nice bowling alley, table tennis, football table, large BBQ. Unfortunately no wifi Sanitary reasonable. had calculated. reimbursement came after a few days. Location near the high moors, and (better still) walk through the ski slope to the waterfall at 45 minutes

the ease with the landlord in combination with the employees of villa xl is very pleasant! , the house was in good condition, some small spots after in the windows may be placed screens, in the bathroom the windows may be covered with an eye on (privacy) the location was perfect many beautiful places nearby for activities and attractions such as adventure park co and the beautiful large dams with beautiful surrounding waters where you can sail in! . really a must!

Beautiful house, spacious living room, small but practical slaapkamers.Wel afterwards deducted from the deposit € 185 (of which € 75 for cleaning). Owner twice asked for detail of reckoning, but never got it. Overheads for electrodes, heating and water still seems to me the very high side for two nights.
