Our holiday home is set in a 1000 square meter garden directly by the sea. The holiday apartment is modern and comfortably furnished and features a private pool, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, and all the amenities you need for an unforgettable stay. The apartment is close to town and the beach, yet still offers a peaceful holiday idyll.

The cozy apartment with one bedroom, living room, shower room with two sinks, and kitchen can accommodate two people. Two additional beds for children can be added. The large terrace, which is only accessible from the apartment, can be shaded by a pergola.

The apartment is fully equipped. If you enjoy cooking, this will be a holiday pleasure in our fully equipped kitchen-diner with dishwasher, oven, microwave, and more. Here you can serve a wonderful breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A washing machine is available in a large, separate storage room. There is a rotary clothes dryer for drying laundry outside. Of course, satellite TV with German channels is available. An electric heater provides cozy warmth even on cool days.

The large pool (8 x 4 m) provides cooling on hot days. The pool water is maintained using a combination of salt and chlorine. This pool water is ideal for relaxing. A pool maintenance service comes once or twice a week to clean and check the water quality. In front of the pool is a large terrace with an outdoor shower, loungers, and a table. A large parasol provides shade.

The entire property is fenced and locked. Two cars can be parked under the carport.
