The apartments are located in a newly built residential complex in the town of Orosei (about 90 km from the port and Olbia airport), which has preserved a medieval town center dominated by the ruins of the old Palace of Justice. The approximately 5 km long beach with its numerous beaches such as Su Barone, Osala and Su Petrosu is only 3 km from the residence.
All apartments are air-conditioned and furnished in typical Sardinian style.
The apartments are spread over two floors (ground floor and 1st floor) and have a separate entrance with a covered and furnished balcony or terrace.
