Wonderfully quiet location near Mont Rigi Rigi and Baraque. Beautiful walking on the Hoge Veenen and near the pleasant city of Malmedy.Huis has very nice bedrooms and bathrooms (well finished), a large sitting room with TV and a large dining room with a long table and pool table (great for teenagers). The only downside (you) is the tight hob that is too small to make multi-pan dishes for 10+ people.

Very beautiful and luxurious villa in the Ardennes! The accommodation is fully equipped and has beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and several luxurious bathrooms. The villa is surrounded by beautiful nature with hiking trails and there is even a brewery within walking distance. An absolute must for a nice weekend away with a group.

The house has been renovated with taste, very cosy. The bedrooms and bathrooms are superb. Always plenty of hot water in the showers. Good mattresses. Spacious Sufficient kitchenware available. An additional refrigerator would be a plus.

Very beautiful house in a beautiful area. We are definitely going back with our children and grandchildren. Everyone was satisfied. We were well received by a friend of the owner. His father arrived at the departure. Also a very sweet and pleasant man.

Spacious and well-kept house. Provides sufficient privacy for multiple couples / families. Location in the Ardennes is very convenient for cycling, mountain biking and cross country skiing. In good weather, the large garden is very nice, in bad weather there is enough space and you can fire a fire in the two large wood-burning stoves. Laurent was very hospitable and was happy to contribute to last minute changes in our schedule.

We had such a good time at this holiday home in Waimes! The place was super clean and had all the space we needed for our whole family, The garden was a hit with the kids, they didn't want to leave! Also, those cast-iron stoves kept us warm and toasty during the winter nights, It felt like a home away from home, Plus, the location near Hautes Fagnes Nature Park was perfect for our walks and bike rides, I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with family and friends

Great house, bedrooms are very spacious. Enough bathrooms and separate toilets. The 2 wood stoves give a wonderful warmth. From the house you can walk straight into the forest. Environment is very nice, nice for walking or mountain biking.

Correct reception, spacious accommodation. The area is great for trips in the vicinity: the Peak Beer brewery, Nature Center, Botrange and the High Fens within walking distance. Walks can start from the accommodation itself.

We had a great week with 8 adults, 5 children and 3 babies in Sourbrodt. The lovely large garden was a pleasure for everyone. The area is wonderfully quiet. From the house you can walk into the High Fens. The bedrooms are all new with private toilet and shower or bathroom.Beneden also enough space.De kitchen a bit on the small side with little storage space for the stuff.But you can manage with that for a week.All in all, a good stay.Definitely worth the effort worth.

A harmonious blend of authenticity and modernity, this holiday home in the heart of the Ardennes in Waimes has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate 14 people (10 adults and 4 children) the place is ideal for family and groups.
Originally, the house was an Ardennes farm that has been completely renovated with environmentally-friendly materials. The large garden will be loved by children where they can play different games, the garden also has garden furniture where the family can enjoy meals.
In winter, it's lovely to spend time indoors. The house is very well heated thanks especially to its two large cast-iron stoves on the ground floor.
Walks or bicycle rides will be great for exploring the Hautes Fagnes Nature Park. In winter, snow walks and especially cross-country skiing thanks to plenty of ski track less than 5 km from the house is advised. Not to mention Malmedy, the Reinhardstein castle, Bütgenbach lake and the car circuit at Spa-Francorchamps.
