We had a fantastic time in this lovely holiday home! The sauna was a real treat after our long days of exploring the nearby town, The spacious garden provided plenty of room for the kids to run around, and we enjoyed many barbecues on the terrace, The location was peaceful, yet just a short drive to shops and restaurants, Perfect for a family getaway!

The place is nice and the view beautiful, but the house is very dated. Not cleaned properly and a sagging couch. But, nevertheless, we enjoyed our holiday week, partly due to the beautiful weather.

Despite the fact that we had a super nice weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, there was a few things to note about the house: On arrival the light in the bathroom above did not work and the dishwasher did not, this was the next day by the way fixed immediately when we called. The cleaning was also not ideal, there were still many cobwebs to be found and there was a used tea towel over the sofa for example. The downstairs bedroom is directly connected to the part where the sauna, 2nd shower and bubble bath (of which there was no button to actually get the bubbles on), so that it remains very humid there and there were also a lot of mosquitoes. Furthermore, the door of the toilet downstairs was quite jammed, the floor of the shower did not drain properly to the drain, so that the entire floor below gets wet, there was very little lighting upstairs (which worked) and the sofa was huge in one place doorgezakt.Kortom: It is a nice house, with a lot of character and a lovely spacious sauna, but also many (small) defects. If you want to have a good time here, you have to be someone who can easily get over it.

The chalet is from an organization, so you will not receive the key but must pick it up somewhere else, so it is not like we are used to burning the candles. The chalet is dirty, there is a lot of dust and you can almost go through the windows. do not look outside ... When we were there it was lovely weather, you can not just sit outside because there is no garden furniture. The surroundings are beautiful!

They say many small defects make a big one and that is the case here, from jamming dishwashers, washing machines with crooked doors, broken seats to sit in, insufficient cleaning for our visit, missing buckets in the sauna to annoying ants in the kitchen. We had a bigger problem when we had to put a fuse back on in the electricity box. The cupboard is very difficult to reach (you have to move an entire salon for it) and none of the fuses are labeled and the wire diagram was missing.You also notice in the guestbook that it was a very nicely finished and refurbished house in 2016, but after It really needs a little maintenance again for 5 years.

Nice house in itself but it does need some maintenance, leakage, broken deck, and a few other things, but I did enjoy the sauna and the view.

Several defects such as the oven not working, having to throw away pizza, a leak in the living room roof, dirty cutlery, a filthy coffee machine, a dirty fridge with a broken hinge at the bottom, defective lamps, and a significant renovation needed around the house. Small kitchen for 8 people.

The arrival was badly arranged. Belvilla has given the wrong address for the location of picking up the key so we had to contact all kinds of people to find out where to collect our key. This took a total of one and a half hour and we were called to pick up the key half an hour away. This was very badly arranged and ruined our mood for the first day. The accommodation itself was reasonable but not as expected. The house was dusty and dirty and not well maintained. The area was beautiful but unfortunately the interior of the house did not use this beautiful environment.

House did not meet expectations. The price was way too high for what we got.
There was a sewage smell downstairs, there were a lot of ants and the house was dirty. My advice: give it a makeover.

Dear, After finally having received my deposit of 500 €, this after exactly 22 days. I can finally express my displeasure regarding my stay in LEBARON with house number BE-6987-100 and with booking number 1P X8 GX 61. It is a real shame that you rent out something like this. When you arrive and open the door, an immediate welcome gift will have a terrible smell about you. After having emptied a few cans of scent fresheners, we go to see where that disgusting smell comes from. We don't have to look far, we take the stairs to the basement floor and thus end up in the "so-called WELLNESS room"" we immediately see and smell what the problem is. In this space there is actually an open sewer that should serve as a drain. But the latter doesn't actually work either. So after the shower it's mop or drown. To go further regarding this WELLNESS space. When "filling the HOTTUB"" we come to the conclusion that the drain plug is broken and the water runs away not only in the drain but also in this space. After having placed a handkerchief in this drain to keep the water in the HOTTUB, we also stopped doing this as we came to the conclusion that ""the control box of the SAUNA"" is apparently also broken. The button to regulate the heat is missing, we find it on top of this cabinet and only two of the four push buttons work. So we have wisely decided to stick to mopping this meanwhile flooded space. So in the three days and two nights we only slept in one bedroom upstairs with the window fully open. We had placed our bags in the other bedroom with bunk beds on arrival. The last evening we wanted to open this door to load everything in order to leave as soon as possible in the morning and we come to the conclusion that this door no longer opens.
