This is our place to go to in Italy. The location is great: the house is situated directly at the seaside in a quiet area. The beach is within a walking distance. Some local shops and restaurants are also located very close by. The apartment is very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is very well equipped so you can easily prepare your own meals.

We recommend this place.

We had a fantastic time at this holiday home in Carrara! The views from our terrace were simply stunning, especially during sunrise, The location is perfectâ€”just a short walk to the beach and a lovely pool nearby, The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare family meals, The area is quiet and peaceful, ideal for relaxation, Our dog loved it too, as it was pet-friendly! Definitely recommend for families looking for a getaway

With navigation, the accommodation was very easy to find. Contact person, despite our lack of language skills in Italian and English, very friendly and a communication mÃ¶glich.Unterkunft was very clean, inc. Sheets and towels. It could have been a bit more dishes (only 2 cups for four people). The sandy beach is easy to reach on foot and very clean (not suitable for swimming, water too shallow and in the water very rocky sometimes even very sharp, aqua shoes recommended.

Accommodation with all comforts. Also with washing machine, it is not formulated on the site. For the swimming pool not to be found on site. The building is under construction so the terraces are not accessible there is no bodyguard for the moment. not very happy and clean

Possibility for excursions to protected areas (Palmaria Island, Punta Corvo, Lerici, Porto Venere, Cinque Terre, Portofino) by boat from the nearby tourist port of Marina di Carrara with ferries or renting boats. Guided tours of the white marble quarries of Carrara. Reached in 15/20 minutes with altitudes of 1300 asl. Choice of nightclubs and discos are within a 40 minutes drive along the coast towards Viareggio. Cities such as Pisa, Sarzana, Lucca, Pietrasanta easily accessible by highway. Beach with rocks in front the house. Beach with sand at 500 m. ancient archaeological zone LUNI with path and museum. 5 Terre - Excursions available on request for organized groups In the nearby seaside resort of Viareggio, every year in February, Carnival is celebrated in grand style with parades of floats, masks for adults and children and parties with typical sweets! An event worth participating in!
