On arrival you were promptly, kindly and correctly assisted at the reception. The accommodation was good, unfortunately the pool was not open. But that was understandable with the corona measures. The area was beautiful and excellent for walks.

The arrival went smoothly, within a few minutes we were checked in and knew where we were going. The house was super super nice, clean, high quality furnishings and more than adequate in terms of space, we were really thrilled. Only the beds were too hard. Unfortunately some points deduction, because there were dead trousers in the area. A lot of things had to be done, there was no more children's entertainment after the weekend (we knew that beforehand) and the swimming pool was also closed due to a defect.

The cottages were very nice and well maintained. The park was fully equipped for young and old. The location on top of the mountain is not only super beautiful for the view, but also practical because you could drive down 2 directions for Cochem and Ediger. Definitely recommended for young and old

The cottage was beautiful, modern and clean and located in a park. Our cottage was close to the reception. Here is also the swimming pool, a shop and the restaurant. In the shop we went to get fresh bread in the morning. The park is near Cochem, so in the heart of the Moselle.

Arrival was clear and checked in quickly and properly. Accommodation was spacious and neat. The immediate vicinity of the houses was littered with apples and pears so you quickly get problems with wasps, which was certainly not so pleasant.

Great house, detached houses is a plus. Sufficiently spacious, especially with four people in a six-person house. Facilities in order: 2 bathrooms / showers, 2 toilets, undated, garden furniture sufficient. Despite the speed limit in the park, the majority of the guests drive considerably faster.

The park is neat and clean. The cottages are spacious and have a reasonably large garden for personal use. You can simply park your car by your cottage, which is very nice. Unfortunately, our cottage number 150 had some issues. For example, the central ventilation was not working because the wiring was exposed. One of the kitchen cabinet doors was loose and fell off at the first opening. (Both were fixed on the day we left.) What is strange is that you have to pay high cleaning costs while the brochure in the cottage states that you should leave the cottage as you found it. It mentions that you need to strip the beds, put everything in the pillowcase and place it by the front door, vacuum, and tidy up. I wonder why I still have to pay cleaning costs in advance!

the house was good, except for a few things. The bath rail was missing in the bathroom, so you had to hold the shower head in your hand to shower. Furthermore, we found the houses to be a bit close together.
The door to the terrace was very difficult to close again after opening, so to go to the terrace we went through the front door. Not really ideal. Furthermore, the bed squeaked enormously.

The arrival was fine, quickly checked in, beds were nicely made! The house was somewhat disappointing, jamming doors and little room to sit outside undisturbed. There was no separation between the house and we sat against a green wall that was used by very, very many children to climb up and down. So from early in the morning until dark, running children around the house.

According to the website there was a snack bar, which turned out not to be present. We were sent by the staff to a local shawarma farmer about 3.5 km away. We also had booked a gourmet deluxe in the cottage when booking. To walk to the catering industry, it turned out that we should have picked it up there from 17:00. This was never shared with us and also not known. In the end, they solved it neatly. Furthermore, fine houses and a beautiful environment so we enjoyed the holiday.

Much uncertainty about linen package / final cleaning / cottage was not really well cleaned. Would be a combi microwave in the cottage was only microwave this is also checked but they had no combi left. here we wanted to make use of the evening meal and for that ok the messages in the house.

Holiday Home in Cochem with Garden Terrace
This restyled holiday home is located at Ferienresort Cochem.
The interior is modern and complete. You have three bedrooms, every one with two single beds (that may or may not be set up for two people). On the ground floor there is one bedroom and a bathroom with a bath. The remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony. On the first floor you will also find the second bathroom with a shower.
A garden with terrace, garden furniture and two sun beds makes it complete. There is parking for one car near the holiday home.
2026: The swimming pool is closed from 12.01 to 18.01.2026 due to renovation work.
2027: The swimming pool is closed from 11.01 to 17.01.2027 due to renovation work.
