Pros: beautiful house, lots of space and light, located close to the forest and near Durbuy adventure valley, large garden, clean and in order. It is recycled (which makes my eco-heart happy). (Small) minuses: Too few bowls for 13 people, no bedding available, the beds in the bedroom for 6 people (children's room) were not very comfortable. In any case, we had a very nice stay!

We really enjoyed our time here, The house is well-equipped and nicely decorated, It was a bit chilly, but the central heating kept us cozy, Plus, the kids loved playing in the garden!

Very spacious house, spacious rooms equipped with everything. Spacious garden, sufficient garden furniture and 2 barbecues. Useful!!! Equipped kitchen, plenty of crockery available, spacious dining area. Quietly located and close to Durbuy and Barvaux. Good to do with the bike. Side note, no Wi-Fi available.

Very clean cottage and nicely decorated. All the comforts available. Wi-Fi is not necessary as children are already on the Internet. Consumption very economical. Just a pity that there is no extra frigo. For 14 people this is a little bit. The curtain hangings and shutters are ready to repair. We sat with a bee but this was resolved immediately. The cottage was neat when we arrived but 175 euro compulsory expenses are high.

Nicely renovated and spacious house in a quite neighborhood of Petite-Han (Durbuy)

the house was clean and receives a lot of light.

The garden is simple, but also spacious to let the (grand)children play

it is a good place to make excursions to (child friendly) attractions in a radius of less than 50 km.

Kitchen is too small and outdated. Dishwasher did not work properly. There were far too many pans and no dishes for the oven and microwave. Several curtains were torn and the walls could also have some paint. Setting is fantastic and reception was good too.

Nice and simple house with very bad acoustics. The vide is beautiful, but makes the whole house bubble and is very upset. Everything is clean and modern. Also the kitchen is fine but somewhat small for 14 people. We put down the drink outside, the fridge was packed. Please note that the layout of the beds as stated on the site is not correct. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 with a double bed, 1 with two single beds and one with 2 bunk beds. In the hallway there is another sofa bed, but then you are really lying on the hall.

a very nice house to vertoeven.jammer with family that beds are not properly listed then spot below 2x 1 personsbed. above one room with two bunk room number 2 personsbed, then 2 personsbed room, and another room with two personsbed. and a bed 2 people in motion. (Our bed linen was not right) as well as the rented again nagevraagte types of beds at Belvilla. and the floor was nie as clean as we would receive a shame for it to be paid at 125 euros cleanup. a whole nest of bees death on windows upon arrival, but after phone immediately get someone cleaning, quick service -).

There was not enough storage space for groceries at a property for +10 personen.Ook the waste container is too small to overcome a mid-week with +10 man.Hierdoor several times have we have to transport our waste to the recycling center. Thus we find that the price for cleaning 125 Euros unrealistic and expensive is.De room on ground floor was very cold "at night and there was condensation on the walls. The sheets were insufficient for the winterperiode.De BBQ also has had its day and can not be used worden.U can thus had better not mention the child website.Om friendlier we would recommend to put a seal on the ramp so that the children can not on the street.
