We had a wonderful holiday in Epen. The holiday home met all expectations. The location, in the Geuldal, is perfect for taking beautiful walks directly from the house. The house was super clean. The house has a spacious kitchen, wonderfully spacious bathroom, nice beds and a comfortable sitting area. The beds were already made and there is plenty of bath and kitchen linen available. The reception was perfect. We walked through the house together with the owner and there was already a delicious pie ready and the coffee was immediately turned on for us. There is sufficient information in the house about the area. If you have any questions, you can always contact the owners. There are several restaurants within walking distance and there is also a bakery and supermarket around the corner. On departure we got a bottle of homemade apple juice to take home. What a treat. This holiday home is highly recommended.

What a wonderful house! It is fully equipped. There is really nothing missing. You can tell from everything that the house has been decorated with a lot of love and attention. Beautiful kitchen, wonderfully spacious bathroom, nice beds, comfortable seating area.In addition, we were warmly welcomed by Roland and a delicious Limburg pie was waiting for us. sometimes hear some talking. We did not find that disturbing, and it is also fantastic that you can walk straight into the beautiful Geul valley from the front door. We will be back for sure.

The holiday home met all our expectations. Beautiful location on the outskirts of Epen and access to a separate garden with stunning views. Welcoming reception and pleasant contact with the owners during the stay. The home itself is spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. The bicycles brought along could be stored in the garage, the car on site. I really recommend it!

Beautiful luxury home. Very clean. Friendly and hospitable owners. A delicious flan as a welcome, a bottle of homemade apple juice when we left and my daughter had a birthday and received a delicious bottle of Limburg 'bubbels'. Beautiful walks can be made directly from the house and the shops and restaurants are close by.

After a long drive we were received very pleasantly by the owners and, after a tour of the beautiful house, a delicious cake was ready! The cottage was shiny, spacious and fully equipped. You can count the Geuldal as your own backyard and is a perfect base for hiking and cycling trips. Nearby is a café with a beautiful terrace and within walking distance you can reach the bakery, supermarket and other facilities in the center!

The arrival was a warm welcome. The coffee and the flax were ready. On the table was a cozy bunch of flowers.The accommodation is functionally furnished. A spacious kitchen, a good living room, good beds in the spacious bedrooms. And the bathroom is absolutely amazing. This is spacious, has a lovely walk-in shower and a perfect whirlpool. The good care provided by the owner (mid-term cleaning, fresh eggs for the Sunday, firing of the firebox when it became dark) makes you feel like you are in a hotel on vacation. Also the surroundings are beautiful. Only the garden with sunbeds, a trampoline, a picnic table and a hammock is top. But the view and the rest are great too.

What a warm welcome, and what a beautiful holiday home. We enjoyed the place and the cordiality of the landlords. From the house you can go in all directions for wonderful walks. Italian restaurant Guiseppe was delicious and the service extremely friendly.
