We had a fantastic family getaway at the spacious bungalow! The kids loved the garden and the nearby beach was just a short walk away, The living room was cozy with a lovely fireplace, perfect for relaxing after our day of exploring, Highly recommend!

You see, I have had a good vacancy, but there are a few points that weird and just like to name. In a nice bathroom a bath is built without handles. It was difficult to get in and out if you passed the 70s. I thought it was life-threatening. Also for young children. A house for 6 people and then a toilet in the bathroom. Very awkward. A complicated operation for the TV and DVD. The owner has made every effort to make that better. No freezer compartment in the fridge. In such a nice house with this kitchen you would expect that, which is why I appreciated the price ratio. The deposit of € 250.00 I hope to get back soon. Very strange I did not get that money right away. Cleaners where I handed the key and there was no final check. The overall appreciation I checked was good but rather reasonable / good. There was no possibility of your form. In the area you could enjoy cycling in the dunes. Not too far away, I went on a bike, and Texel was nearby too. With my little children, we did not get bored.

The cottage is nicely located and the garden well cared for. The mattresses are bad and one of the pans had mold, a frying pan has a broken bottom. No instructions for use of the equipment in the house and the smart TV. The bathtub is dangerous and the shower hose is broken.

We had a great vacation in the bungalow. On the negative side, the key safe did not work on the day of arrival due to empty batteries. The hotline could not be reached and luckily after a little googling we were able to supply the part with power with an extension cable from the neighbors. Otherwise the bedrooms were quite small and the mattresses read through. A little more crockery and cutlery would be good. In addition, the cleanliness was OK, but could be better. The nice garden and the good location close to the beach are positive. It worked for us and we would come again.

The cottage is perfect. We had a great weekend. Disadvantage is the further processing. Begins with the fact that extra costs are announced on departure because the dishwasher is not cleaned out. Then it appears that we do not refund the deposit. Only then will we receive an answer that the sheets (which we did not order and still lay there) should not have been used and that extra costs would be added. Aanzee has also arranged and handled it neatly, and after the complaint the deposit was returned immediately (5 weeks after departure) and the sheets are still not charged.

The cottage has a nice location. Within walking distance of the beach and the garden is nice and spacious. The house itself smells very musty, probably in the carpet. We have put down several scent jars ourselves to get rid of this, because the scent jars that were there were already empty. The cottage was dusty. There were many cobwebs visible and mold around the bath / shower area. Also in the shower curtain. We removed these ourselves. The plates from the refrigerator were loose in it. We just took these out to prevent them from falling apart. There are cracks in the glass plates behind the kitchen. The floor is still going back and forth in the sitting room, making the closet a lot of noise. Despite that, we still had a nice holiday, but next time we will go to another house.

The bedrooms are very small. The windows can be opened in 2 bedrooms only tilted. In the living room, only the door to the terrace can be opened. The big window can not be opened by the permanent roller blind. Heating from Friday 2000 hours to Saturday afternoon out of order / defect (14 ° room temperature). Was then repaired by a company. Can not happen but not even a compensation etc.! Landlord was informed! Kitchen not really clean. Et al Oven / microwave totally dirty. Rubber seal totally moldy from the fridge. Kitchen not really clean! In the whole apartment old spiderweb. As you ask yourself what you actually 90 € (!) Final cleaning paid! The whole house smelled unpleasant after humidity / mold if you did not constantly provide ventilation! Actually an untenable condition. From a closet in the bedroom it smelled totally moldy! Mold in the bathroom in the joints and in the corners of the vanity! Spartan equipped. For example, a few cups, or dishes for 1 x 6 people (means washing constantly). Hardly cutting documents, etc. The entire holiday seemed "worn"!

Hygiene in the house was very disappointing. Stains and cobwebs everywhere. The beds weren't clean either. The floor creaked and the cabinets began to vibrate after each step. A nice garden, but unfortunately we could not really enjoy it due to the weather. Price-quality ratio is 👎🼠Not recommended

The house smelled musty and was filthy upon arrival, it was not cleaned at all !!!!! Reported immediately after arrival, the ladies of the call center reacted surprised and insist that cleaning was indeed done. Many photos were taken of the filth and forwarded to Belvilla. The ladies on the phone also constantly said that they were working on it. We were also told that Belvila has 24 hours to resolve the shortcomings, (state we were told in the general terms and conditions), however, after 24 hours, we contacted ourselves again because there was no feedback from Belvilla.Eventually we bought cleaning equipment ourselves and cleaned the house ourselves to be able to enjoy our holiday somewhat. the first and last time we have booked with Belvilla and will share this experience if asked.

It was very nice there very well us the good stereo liked. What we did not find so great is the two bedroom because it was very small and no closet was inside. We were two adults and three children since it was ok but a cupboard would have been great. Overall though, great house great area, again :-)
