House was exactly as described. Beds were, as usual in Wallonia, a little too small, they were perfect. The kitchen has a kettle and filter coffee. Everything else you expect. The sofas in the living room are comfortable and comfortable. The TV in the photo has since been updated with a new one. If you bring a console or something, you can do that on that TV. Internet is also very fast. The village is closer than you think, you are on foot within 5 minutes with a beer in your hand.

Great big house on the edge of La Roche. 2 large sofas in the living room. Spacious shower. Lots of kitchen utensils in the kitchen. Hob was ff figuring out how to turn it on, but that worked out in the end. Nice view of La Roche with its castle ruins. Good base for the many walks that start in La Roche.

La Roche is the heart of the Ardennes. Great setting. The house suited us like a glove from arrival. Clean, nice place, beautiful view of the castle, nice sitting outside. In short, we're going back!

Beautiful house, spacious and comfortable. Good beds, nice decor. All present what you need. Within walking distance of the center of La Roche with fantastic views of the castle. Nice terrace with sun in the afternoon. Good starting point for various sports activities.

Nice location a few minutes walk from the center with nice bars and restaurants. Beautiful view from the house and inside everything is really neat and very well cared for. I suspect that due to the proximity of the rock / mountain where the house is almost against, it is more humid than average in the house.

Beautiful large (little art-deco) house with five full bedrooms, beautiful views (large windows in the living room) and cozy fireplace. This is a stone's throw from the picturesque center and with a view of the feudal castle of Roche-en-Ardenne! Also numerous walks in the area and in the center chip shop, Chinese, pizzeria, Spar, bakers, butchers, ... The disadvantage was the very small refrigerator (table model) for 10 guests! We were there with 1 small family and the refrigerator was too small ... Everything else available, good mattresses and duvets (note: only duvets for 1 person, also with the 2-person beds: so bring correct covers!), Cozy and good to heat. Also very friendly contact with owner. You could enter with code and there was nothing more to settle with the owner personally, so wonderfully carefree !!

We were with a family with 3 teenagers. And grandfather and grandmother were with us. For Grandma, the high location of the house was a bit tricky, but we knew that beforehand. House very well equipped. Owner spoke to us by telephone and by mail in friendly words when we did not know how induction hob worked. Nice town. Castle ruins visited. War museum in Bastogne visited. Both very worthwhile.

Easy to find. Uiutzicht was surprising from the living room you can see the whole La Roche and the imposing castle above it. And that center is really close, 200 meters.

Spacious accommodation with good facilities. Beautiful view. Lots walked from the house over hills and through woods with beautiful views. Canoe trip from Maboge is also recommended. Only 1 time we used a car throughout the week to visit La Chouffe Brewery. (Half an hour drive).

This house is very well placed - 100 m from the center. The door opens with a code. It's very easy for arrival and departure + no key needed during the stay. The house is very clean, very well arranged. There is nothing missing. We had an excellent we. To recommend really!

The large, spacious house is well equipped, fireplace, sturdy tables, dishwasher, washing machine. There is a nice view of the nearby center of La Roche and the ruins. The house is about 10 meters from the public road, a beautifully landscaped staircase goes to the front door, for us to do well, for people who have difficulty walking this is a tough climb.

A beautiful, atmospheric and authentic house! We stayed here over Christmas with our family of eight. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds are good, the kitchen is well equipped and fully equipped. The location of the house is nice, you have a beautiful view of the ruins and you can walk into the beautiful village (restaurants, nice shops, bakery, butcher, supermarket). There is plenty to do in the area (including war museums and hiking). The email contact with the landlord went well. He is very friendly and will answer all your questions. We had a great week!

Upon arrival, we did not receive the code before opening the door, but the owner did this immediately. The house was quite spacious and everything was sufficient. We have a nice weekend. It is also very well located. 200m from the village and with view on castle. In the evening very beautiful illuminated too. Super!
