Lovinac is an ideal place for rest. The holiday home is beautiful and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The Matovinovic family is extremely friendly and helpful. Lovinac is great for cycling tours nearby. There are several cycling routes starting from the excellent Tourist Office in the village. Here you can also rent mountain bikes, both standard and electric. Also for lovers, Lovinac is very suitable. It is set amidst many sights, the Paklenica, Plitvice and Krka nature parks, towns like Zadar, Sibenik and Split and one of the most beautiful caves of Croatia, the Cerovac caves. A day trip with the boat to the Kornati islands is also recommended. Even dolphins seen here.

We were very kindly received by the owner. She spoke reasonable English. Accommodation was great. Nice garden for the door as an extra. Living room / kitchen not very large. But if the weather is nice you are not inside either. Bedroom and bathroom meets. Unfortunately a shower curtain, which I don't really like. They suffer from boktorren in the ceiling. You can hear it "at night (nagging noise). Owner indicated that as soon as the house was no longer rented, she started to handle it. Environment: a lot is being built in the immediate vicinity. However, you have no noise pollution. The village is clearly growing, with few shops and places to eat in the immediate area.

a quiet place, a lot of space to the huis.heel hospitable people, they came upon our arrival, when they heard that we had done no groceries, with a plate of food to all, very lief.eenvoudige village shop, only open in the morning, no restaurants neighborhood. do a good tourist office, with even bicycles with support to huur.veel cycling and hiking. beautifully situated in the mountains.

Lovely place at about 600 meters. For hikers a beautiful gebied.Kust Park and Plitvice lakes (beautiful waterfalls and lakes) in three minutes drive away by car. Krka National Park (beautiful scenery and waterfalls) 1 hour away. Away from road to Zadar (1 hour drive) on a mountain road with spectacular views. Own car is required. Croatians love driving! Signs of the 1991-1995 war are still visible everywhere, many ruined buildings! The disadvantage is that most Croats in the village do not speak a word of English, are all very friendly. Luckily, the manager of the house speaks good English. The whole family is very helpful and friendly. We have enjoyed.
