Excellent reception and explanation, both in French and Engels.Geweldig house, a bit difficult to reach over a narrow road, but sufficient parking space for three cars.Mooie view and rustig.Voldoende shop in Malmedy.Phantasialand and Trier in over an hour to reach. Balance deposit was transferred in our presence by the owner to our bank account.

The house is very functional, well maintained and equipped with every comfort. The photo 's give a fair representation of the real situation. The spacious terrace is ideal even on cooler days! The fact that the terrace is completely enclosed, making our two daughter could run around carelessly. Highly recommended!

Very nice house. Lots of space and lots to do at home. Many relaxation options. Maybe it would be good that there is toilet paper as well as some salt and pepper in the kitchen and some dishwasher tablets.

The accommodation was excellent a very complete luxury home. The environment is lovely from the house it is good to walk to the village back is climbing. In the vicinity is much to do we have visited mountain biking, kayak, climbing park and slate mine. Messages do get with the car.

It was a nice weekend, a nice house tidy and fully equipped. But the additional costs are high. eg from Friday 1800 up to and including Monday 1000.And than 160 euro in additional costs .. that includes bed linen and 2 waste bags. see also previous review ..

Large house with a nice entertainment room and a very large jacuzzi in the garden. The many bedrooms and bathrooms are also perfectly fine. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi cannot be used too late in the evening and the energy costs were also slightly higher than expected, but otherwise this is a perfect house to rent.

Belvilla communicates insufficiently how to act on arrival. No one was present on arrival. Fortunately, the owner was very friendly, after a phone call from our side. Accommodation was good and especially very clean. Neatly cared for and furnished, with a great eye for detail. It was enjoyable to stay with 8 adults and a toddler and baby. Take a moment to swallow what still has to be paid to energy costs afterwards (more than € 250). The area is perfect for hiking and long / challenging bike rides. The supermarket nearby was easy to reach by bike (by car had to be overturned, because of a road closure).
