It is a nice trip uphill, partly unpaved and with hairpin bends. The friendly supervisor speaks neither Dutch nor English, but with hands and feet we came out. The house is large and spacious and beautifully situated against the mountain. The kitchen is large, a TV with all Dutch TV channels (satellite), a games room with TV / DVD upstairs and 3 bathrooms. In total also 4 toilets. From the living room and certainly from the garden you have a beautiful view of the area. The pool is about 100m walk, downhill. The pool is large and the view from the pool is beautiful.

The house itself is beautiful and the surroundings are beautiful! Last house on the mountain, so no neighbors only birds and a beautiful view!

We were received by a friendly lady who unfortunately only spoke Italian. The area around the house is beautiful, a large garden with a nice swimming pool and a beautiful view. The house itself was unfortunately less. It is spacious but many things are very worn out and need replacing or an update. The baseboards are partly off the wall, the door handles sometimes fall out, the frame of the kitchen door is loose, etc. This makes it look like faded glory.

Tip from the houseowner

The property is located only 5 km from Pescia's town centre, where you can find several shops and excellent restaurants. There are also many possibilities if you decide to go on a day trip - for instance the old part of Collodi is quite picturesque with the view of the houses on the hillside! The famous Leaning Tower of Pisa is also only 45 km away, as well as the thermal city of Montecatini Terme (7 km), which even offers a 18-hole course for golf fans. Pistoia is 25 km away and the medieval city of Lucca 15 km away. For a beach day, Viareggio's shores are only 40 km away, while for all culture and art lovers, Florence is 50 km away.
