Beautiful cottage with all facilities. Ideal for a large group and close to La Roche en Ardenne and Durbuy. The swimming pool and sauna are wonderful. The kitchen offers enough space to cook. Also nice that there is a bar where you can sit comfortably. In the winter, energy consumption is high in the house. So you have to pay close attention to all heating, otherwise you run the risk of unexpectedly high costs. We would love to come back again!

2nd x in this house, you see that things have been renewed such as the seats, beds, ... Everything was clean and the concierge is super, helpful and very friendly!!! Had telephone contact in advance to be allowed in the house a little earlier and was perfectly arranged by him. Wifi connection was very weak, also a tip for the kitchen some more jars where we could store leftovers. In the pool there was a problem with chlorine. The values were good after checking with the caretaker, but opening a window for more air circulation would be useful, but then you probably have heat loss from the pool again. Rooms are spacious enough, also enough toilets and showers. Highly recommended !!!

For the third time we rented this beautiful holiday villa for a group of friends of more than 40 people and children. Once again it became a top weekend where both young and old enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool, sauna, spacious playground, pool table and cozy terrace under a radiant spring (summer) sun. The fact that two older televisions have now been replaced by 2 large flat screens was another advantage for the CL final. Very satisfied we returned back home on Sunday evening ...

We had agreed to check in by mail between 4 pm and 5 pm. Once on the spot, they did very difficult and at first they insisted that the appointment was never made. Don't go here! Fraudsters! Before you go here, take a good look at the prices of oil, gas and water. After a weekend where we were not even in the house during the day, we received a bill of € 1000 for GWE!! In addition, the landlord is trying to commit fraud with our damage insurance. We were with a group of doctors who wanted an active weekend in the Ardennes. Certainly not a bunch of drinking students who break it down. What a disappointment this was... When we left, we searched the house together with the caretaker and everything was fine, including the dirt left behind in the showers. A few months later, the deposit was still not refunded, this turned out to be more than € 1200 in damage that we did not do at all: Chairs of 16 years old (had the receipt) - damage 211.00 (cost 175 in 2006; incidentally not broken!); small hole in a sofa: 350 (couch cost 310.74). Some forgotten instruments/pliers by post: €70 (sending receipt was €15) €350 extra cleaning on top of the previous €400 for a few showers that were wet and sandy because there was no shower curtain ... one garbage bag left behind: € 100 Emailed several times, no response. In the end, our company lawyer had to write an official notice of default. so you can whistle at your € 1500 deposit ... Really an absurd handling of a great house (for quite a high price) ... do not go here !! Fraudsters!!

Enjoy a walk in the nearby forest at 100 m. You have over 200 kilometers of hiking and biking trails and 20 kilometers of kayaking routes for activities and fun. In summers you the ghost of the castle of Roche daily at 10 PM. You can enjoy golf at 24 km. Supermarkets and restaurants are at a distance of 10 km.
The home is luxurious with a sauna and swimming pool. To keep you entertained billiards, table football, and table tennis are provided. There are central heating and fireplace in the living room for cold evenings. High chair, children's bed, and parking are also provided and 2 pets are allowed at € 40/Pet/Stay.
